Seriously I've been using this service for about 2 years, never had an issue when it was Isreal taking care of my mechanical needs. He always was on time & did an excellent job. Fast forward now all of a sudden Isreal & not sure of the other guy name but they have vanished So now I've been communicating with Liz & supposedly the owner Hector So my Lincoln truck was diagnosed by Isreal that it needed a motor b4 he vanished. Fast forward so Hector came out & said he believed that was not the case charged me over 200.00 & he was incorrect its now the motor.....Smdh. yes I paid the fee which ik that he should not have been paid. So me being me still utilized the service, I had him look at my daughter Dodge Challenger which was over heating, him & his daughter came up with a price of 891.00 this was for a radiator/labor....crazy price. I shopped around & found a radiator from Advance Auto for $268.00 & Hector charged me $300.00 for labor in which I paid. Now this is the most disturbing business practice that is unacceptable, how you charge a diagnostic fee, but tells me that fee will not come off of the LABOR! I've dealt with mechanics before Galvin & long as they did the work than that fee is subtracted from the labor fee. As of 12/12/2024 I have ended doing business with such a company that's wants to get over. I truly would not recommend this company to anyone #Nogoodbusinesspratice Best regards Nicole

In late 2025 I bought a used 2014 Ford Edge-Limited V6 through Carvana. After getting it checked…read moreover I discovered it needed a lot of work. I first took it to my local Ford dealership and asked them to check the car out and fix what needed fixing, the end result was very unsatisfactory leading to losing trust in their mechanics. I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$$$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.

With no communication after one week, I called for a status update and was told we'd receive a diagnosis on the following day. We did not receive a call. I recently had a disappointing experience that, to their credit, the general manager addressed…read morepromptly and professionally. The issue involved a repeatedly sounding seatbelt alarm that would not disable or "freeze," which made me frustrated and concerned about the vehicle's safety features. What happened and how it was handled: The general manager reached out and took my concerns seriously, moving the process forward and arranging a re-examination of the vehicle. Technicians could not pinpoint a exact root cause during the recheck. Their prevailing theory was that something might have been spilled in the backseat--potentially by one of my children--causing the malfunction. They confirmed they could not permanently turn off the seatbelt alarm, so we opted to use the seatbelt extender as a solution. What I appreciated I'm grateful that Tom Wood Toyota reached out for a second chance and worked with me to address the issue. Their willingness to re-test and re-evaluate shows a commitment to customer service and safety. What I would have valued more: Earlier transparency about the possibility that a spill could affect the seatbelt system. If this had been mentioned during the initial service call, it could have saved us time, grief, and their money. Clearer guidance upfront on potential causes and realistic timelines for resolution, so expectations are aligned from the start. Overall: I'm glad we found a workable path forward with the seatbelt extender, and I appreciate the GM's engagement. A bit more proactive communication at the outset would have prevented most of the back-and-forth, but I feel confident that Tom Wood Toyota is capable of handling customer concerns with care when given the opportunity.
