They milked us out of thousands of dollars with absolutely nothing to show from it except some blogs (literally less than 10). When trying to cancel the contract, the refused - even with months notice. We contracted for SEO, plus social media, plus blogging, etc. All of the blogs needed editing by us (why pay someone if we are still doing the work?) on a weekly basis, and it was evident that they just used AI to write the blog. There were spelling errors, grammatical errors, some activities weren't even for the correct area, the photos were of incorrect items and/or named incorrectly. The didn't listen when we gave them feedback. Corrections took forever to make. It would take weeks of going back and forth to fix and AI generated blog before posting. Extremely frustrating and not worth the time/effort/money. Although they said they worked on SEO meta tags, etc., I am currently going through my website on the backend, and everything is blank. We paid them for an entire year (yeah, our fault but they refused to let us out of the contract even though we were dissatisfied.) In addition to not doing the work, they completely messed up the voice and tone of our branding with the work they did complete. I have spent countless hours fixing font that was inconsistent, titles that didn't match the layout of the website, and errors that some rookie tech person didn't pay attention to. It is completely frustrating. If I had the money I would hire an attorney. They also claim to be from Florida, however the agents who reached out were from all over the world, and often the time change was difficult to reach people when we needed. Do not use this company. Do. not.
