I realize this company just opened last month, but trying to get details about prices, doses and which formulas are most suitable for a particular condition has proven nearly impossible. I would like to see more transparency including a published price list and customer testimonials, regarding which products were most useful for their individual ailments. As it is, perusing Etain's Facebook page and their website, left me more confused about what is being offered, how much my (estimated) monthly costs might be for these various products, where the medical marijuana is being cultivated and under what conditions- herbicide free? "organic"?, where the tinctures and other products are being processed. Some statements indicate production was outsourced to a third party; other comments lead one to believe it is all being handled locally by the family-run business.
While the media coverage of the 'first all-female marijuana family enterprise' hook is interesting, (perhaps there's a movie in there somewhere?)--those of us who are in need of actual treatment would like to see something more than a glossy website and upbeat FB page that leaves readers totally confused and wondering: is any of this for real or is it all smoke and mirrors?
Answering emails would be a good start. Having knowledgeable people answer the phones should also be a requirement. Right now, the business seems to have all the sophistication of a undergraduate business major's class project proposal and not likely to inspire confidence among consumers, at least not this one. read more
