The first time, a ceiling panel randomly fell down. (Not one they had worked on - we moved into a new house and a panel fell one night). They came out promptly and repaired. Then, another one fell down a couple weeks later, and again, Mario came right out, gave us a quote, and repaired! One of the pics is of the panel. Doesn't look like much because it's a white ceiling, but it's perfect! Then, we have this doorway/frame separating our living room and family room. We tore off the trim, my partner made an arch shape (to match the other doorways), and we asked Mario and his team to come drywall, plaster, and paint the whole entry way/sides/etc. They made it absolutely spectacular. It's just gorgeous and the rooms flow so beautifully now!!!!

Further the quote and price of the work was extremely reasonable and quality was still superb! In the front, they scraped and prepped the entryway, front door, and 2nd floor bay window as well as removing and patching the transom frame to open the space up--they then painted everything including the window trim across all three floors. In the rear of the home they scraped our wood siding and replaced any rotted wood with PVC, then repainted in a color drench. The team also removed a wood basement entry structure that was rotting in the back and replaced with a newly framed door. Lastly the team also removed old and installed new custom basement windows in the front granite of our home including new trim and waterproofing, as well as painting. The team also did small finishing touches at no extra charge including installing a new entry light and hanging window boxes. We are already planning future projects with Mario and his team!

Ozzie quickly responded and was able to scope the job the next day, which was fantastic. He was also very fair on the quote, which was important for us since we just spent a ton of money buying a new house. The best part was that he knew we wanted to get the job done quickly so he had a crew come in- on their day off no less- to complete the work in ONE DAY! I was skeptical thinking that a crew could paint 7 rooms with 2 coats of paint in a single day and still maintain a quality finish, but low and behold they did. Ozzie's crew was very respectful of my house and new floors by ensuring the floors were covered and they even took their shoes off and painted in their socks. I highly recommend their services and I will be calling them again when I need additional rooms done and for the exterior of my house.

I called Josh and talked to him about my house that is huge and old; as I told him, I needed to repair the windows before the paint job could be completed. Josh said that he knew a carpenter who could do the windows and would paint the house after the repairs were done. As it turned out, I needed to get 27 windows fixed. So I had a bargain, a good carpenter who was ready to go up three stories to get my windows on the top floor and a painter who was going to paint my three-decker. Eventually, J&J came after all the repairs were completed and painted my house in 10 days. They were extremely efficient, professional, and pleasant to deal with. They answered my concerns by scraping, sanding, and caulking all surfaces. They used primer and good paint. Some of my neighbors came over to Josh to ask him whether he could paint their houses too. There was no drama, no mess. They told me in advance to inform other residents not to use the common area for a day or two. I definitely hope to hire them for inside jobs and recommend them for outside painting.
