My fiancé ordered a pc through the online store had it shipped to this store so he could pick it…read moreup. We received a call that the order had arrived early, that was nice and unexpected. We were told that today was the only day we could pick it up otherwise they would be shipping it for delivery, that's fine. But upon arrival at the store we found that the pc was unboxed and put on display We were told this was the second time this type of thing has happened. Luckily no damage has been found on it as of yet, but once turned on we found a company account was already set up on it and a password set because it was put on display. We called and they said they couldn't do anything and we would have to wait till the weekend was over to fix the situation. This whole situation doesn't sit right with me. How many more times could this happenThis was our first time dealing with this company and I think it will be the last if we can help it.

Warning to others who come here, don't let them know what your current bill is at another place because they will try to sell you the closest plan to what you're paying now. It's a sales tactic. For example: I pay $125 with AT&T, and told/showed him the T-Mobile plan I wanted for $45 + taxes comes out to around $60-65. I told him from the beginning that I was trying to cut my bill in half. This dude came out with the $89 plan, NOT only once, but TWICE, thinking I was BoBo the clown trying to insult my intelligence. Well, let's just say we played the game of Deal or No Deal at that moment and I said NO DEAL, and had to walk away and laugh about it all the way to my car and the stop light on Lacy Blvd. I guess it was a blessing in disguise, because when I got home and was looking around a little bit more....... I found a $25 deal from Choice by T-Mobile with double the data I currently use now on my plan.
