This place sucks, YES I said what I said.
Our experience was HORRIBLE and they try to take advantage of seniors. They are very misleading and lie to you about the value of your trade-in phone. They tell you one price and when you send it in, they only give you $60 for a mint condition phone. After the manager, that's right, I said MANAGER quoted the trade-in price to be $350 and then later when you confront them about it, they act dumbfounded and surprisingly don't recall. Then they tell you that you are getting a FREE PHONE, when in reality you AREN'T getting the phone for free. You are actually making payments on it monthly with your $15-30 a month bill increase. SCAMS SCAMS SCAMS. Just avoid if possible.
