Terrible and unprofessional service. The boss of the West Kendall office, Gypsi, have not clue on how to run a business in a effectively manner. Very unprofessional. The price of my policy was too hight, and I went to another agency. The price went down a lot. I wonder who was getting the benefit of the extra money I was paying! This company does not know what they are doing. My insurance was set up wrong and I was never notified but now that car was apart of high profile grand theft case. They will not cover my car and the damages leaving me with over 10.5k in damages on a brand new car. I don't recommend anyone to get insurlance through them read more

Pesima compania de seguros, tuve mi experiencia hace 3 meses, compre un seguro con ellos supuestamente Estrella Insurance pero en realidad no hacen la poliza de ellos sino bajo otro nombre que es UAIC, que es la encargada de estafarte, yo cancele la poliza antes del segundo mes porque devolvi el carro que compre y 2 meses despues esta gente de UAIC me envian una multa por US 108, por que simplemente no podia cancelar la poliza. son unos mentirosos y no saben como sacar dinero. Called for insurance. Asked for an English speaker and was told "no one here speaks English, sorry.".... in English... and they hung up.

First off, to cancel a Policy with these women is a headache. They asked us for many documents just to cancel when in reality they just need proof you have another insurance provider. Secondly my girlfriend cancelled 3 WEEKS before her policy renewal and they tell her there's a cancellation fee and she won't be getting money back. After all this they go ahead and RENEW her policy a WEEK after we cancel... we called today and one woman tells us the new ID cards are being processed. But then Jenny rudely tells us that she doesn't see that in her computer, and to call the insurance/central office ourselves like it's not her problem. We go ahead and call the Central office ourselves because these people obviously aren't good at their job, And they tell us that these ladies sent them the documents a week after we had send it to them. To Make things better, we're informed it takes a month for a refund. How we got into this situation cancelling almost 3 weeks early? I have no clue. But what I can say is these ladies lack professionalism, and have no clue in what they're doing. What I can tell you is to save yourself this headache and get insured with a legitimate company. read more

By far my worst experience ever with an insurance company. My prior insurance were Progressive which was an great company, I switched over because my premium was very high due to me being under 25. I never had a accident with any of my insurance company's. About an month ago to be exact unfortunately after 5 years of great driving record I was involved into an car accident. My policy with Estrella is full coverage. Do you know it's been literally an month now. Not one adjuster has came out to look at my car. Now they're stating my policy and current address on my driver's license doesn't match. Basically they are trying not to fix my car. On top of that now this company is trying to say I started my policy this year two months before my accident when I had this insurance for almost an year now. You guys can just imagine all of the troubles I am going through. Mean while still paying my car note also insurance every month for an vehicle I can not drive. Now I have to hire an lawyer to deal with this unprofessional company. thankfully I am very well connected and giving them a few more weeks before I take this very public to the world with my proof. DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY. Trust me it's better being with an insurance company that does everything perfectly and cares about your property that you are paying for monthly. read more

I've had this agency for over a year. Everything was perfect until I need them to actually do something for me. I requested some changes on my policy. Lenia had me running around for two weeks, telling me that changes were done but when I would call the insurance company directly nothing was done. I would call to her Oficce and she would pick up the phone and tell me she would call me back but never did. I decided to look for a new agency. (Uni Vista) I'm a happy customer and I would never refer estrella to anyone. read more
