Julie is incredibly professional and takes the time to understand exactly what's bothering you before she even starts. We talked through the areas where I was dealing with chronic tension and pain, and she explained how she'd approach the session. The massage was exactly what I needed. She worked out knots and tight muscles that have been bothering me for a long time, but somehow managed to keep the entire experience relaxing from beginning to end. Great pressure, amazing technique, and a smooth flow that never felt choppy or clinical. I signed up for the monthly membership before I left because it honestly offers a lot for the price. The gratuity is already included, you get a complimentary enhancement every month, and seeing the same therapist regularly just makes sense if you're serious about feeling better. I also asked about using my HSA. While they're still looking into accepting HSA payments directly, they were more than happy to provide a detailed invoice for reimbursement, and I appreciated that the owner immediately started researching it after I asked. Julie only sees a handful of clients each day so she can give everyone her full attention. Do yourself a favor and book ahead because I don't think openings will last long. If you're a first time massage client, you'll also get 15% off your first appointment. Highly recommend.

Shelly is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!…read more I purchased a Groupon for Lux Esthetics about a year ago and have been hooked ever since. I see Shelly once a month and leave there feeling as if I've just spent an hour and a half in heaven. When I first started going to Shelly, I was experiencing the typical skin problems that haunt nearly every woman in her early 30s. After the first few months my skin was back to normal and I owe it all to this lovely lady. She customizes your treatment with every visit so I KNOW I'm getting the best treatment for me each time. Shelly uses excellent products and is very generous with her materials. She'll give you samples to try and only introduces you to products that will truly benefit your skin. This month was my birthday month and Shelly made it a super special facial (extra long and lovely) just because it was my birthday! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I had a regular Esthetician before Shelly and then she moved...let me tell you...I had no idea that facials were supposed to be this good. I'm so happy to have found her....:)

Right in the heart of North Park, this small private studio always looked closed from the street, but that's part of the charm. You can't just walk in -- everything is booked online, and it feels intentional from the moment you arrive. I came specifically to try a buccal sculpting facial for the first time and knew this was the place to do it. Wow... what a different experience in the best way. I left feeling snatched and sculpted. I'd absolutely recommend this for anyone dealing with TMJ, migraines, or facial puffiness. The muscle‑tension release was exactly what I needed, and the bonus is you leave glowing and lifted. The experience is so thoughtful. You're given a door code to enter, and the waiting room is private and cozy -- with a drink waiting for me with my name on it. Then I was greeted by the aesthetician and taken back to the treatment room, which was intimate, warm, and relaxing. I really prefer facial studios that lean into a calming, holistic vibe rather than the cold, medical‑office feel, and this place nails that. The 90‑minute facial was pure bliss, with plenty of sculpting and massage incorporated. Even the bathroom matched the aesthetic -- relaxing, intentional, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail here is truly appreciated. A magical experience from start to finish.
