0, ya they don't even get a 1. Takes them forever to answer the phone, customer service is rude and not helpful. I have sat and waited on this delivery twice now 4 hours plus each time and still no show. I will inform Kay Rec not to use them anymore for deliveries. Delivery times and dates are not guaranteed they do what they want and your at their mercy. I have now waisted 10 plus hours of valuable work time , and we all know time is money, should send them a bill for wasting my time. read more

Estes Express Lines... totally disaster.. one they never came to pick up the first scheduled delivery. We should of known to get someone else.. we reschedule and we got to today wow... the lack of incompetence from the pick up guy was ridiculous! I was trying to explain to him that i have to get permission for the pallet to be open, and he's telling me that i didn't care about what was happening, that I'm just on my phone. I'm on my cellphone to get permission, who are you to make those remarks and that attitude? I had to get another coworker involved so we could get this going. I will never use them ever again, the lack of costumer service is ridiculous. You would think because they are a big business they would have better costumer service. If you want horrible service and reschedule pick up hire them. read more

HORRIBLE company! This one experience with them has been exhausting, stressful, and disappointing. First, my package was noted as delivered when it hadn't been. This wasn't too alarming for me because I have heard this sometimes happens but when I called to check on my package, I was led to believe it might be lost and was given a number to another department. When I called that department, I was waiting on the phone line for over an hour. From what I understand now, that department was probably closed in which the agent who gave me the information did not indicate this possibility. Once I received my package, it was damaged (no fault of Estes) so an arrangement was made for Estes to pick the package back up. This is where the real nightmare begins. To make a long story short, it has been two weeks and still no pick up! Whenever I call the local number, they have no record of my pick up but when I call the 800- number, they do. I was finally given a tracking number and since, several pick up dates have been arranged with no follow through! Today was the final straw! I was told they would pick up today, but the nonchalant agent told me she could not give me an estimated time! Another run-around! The people who work for this company, especially the local office in Houston, TX have the most dry, unprofessional, uncaring attitude I have ever seen! There is no accountability and they care nothing about going above and beyond to satisfy their customers/clients! It's pathetic! This is my very first experience with Estes and I sincerely hope it is my very last! read more

We expected the delivery yesterday at 5pm. We got all co-worker getting since 4 pm. Nobody called us, showed up. We called them back 3 times, they said they will contact the driver and call me back. my husband and I saved to buy a pool for our kids for the summer, since going to the beach and traveling with these gas prices is going to be ridiculous, so after calling three times and getting hung up on we finally get ahold of someone ask about our package which says it's out for deliver yet we haven't received it, so we ask and get hung up on so phone call number four we get ahold of someone again and my husband explains we don't want to be hung up on again, and the customer service agent then says my husband is being rude and he's going to hang up on him if he doesn't talk to him respectfully, my husband then says i have not cussed at you or yelled at you, I would like to speak to your supervisor , the man refused and decided to half way help he then pretends to look something up gets back on the line and says sorry that department is closed, I'm now convinced that the money we saved for weeks to get this pool is now gone along with the pool, we are planning on calling the company we ordered from and seeing what they can do even if it's discontinuing business with them. I don't understand why this company steals from its customers but we are also going to report them to the BBB after we report them to the company we ordered from read more

Wow, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism deliver person. I felt let I was just got robbed. The driver texted to let me know he will be at house in 30 minutes. Around 25 minutes later, he arrived and did not ring the door bell. He left a 400 lb crate at my drive way behind my parked car. As I was coming out to talk to him, he was putting up his dolly. I asked him if he can move the crate inside my garage. He told me that it was too late. I question him as why he did not ring the door bell and made a statement to him that it will rain today. He reply that he doesn't have to ring the door bell and if will have to tip him $20 for him to dolly the crate inside my garage. Really??? I have no problem with the $20 as I have always tip my deliver person when the deliver big items. Matter of fact, I had $20 bill ready to tip him. Because of his action, I felt like I was scammed! I hope this review will bring light to his employer so they can address the problem. read more

Terrible. They were delivering a piece of furniture while only teenagers were home. They put the 200 lb piece in the garage instead of putting it at the front door simply because there is a 4 inch high step. It took us 3 adults to move the furniture to the front door. Customer satisfaction is not their concern. read more

Estes Express accepted a bid to make a delivery of heavy equipment ($25,000 Genie mast lift) to a rural residential location with full knowledge that there was no loading dock. They continue to send an 18 wheeler to the location who cannot make the delivery even after repeated phone calls and conversations. Estes dispatcher (none of the personnel will identify themselves) acknowledged that a smaller truck needs to be used to make the delivery. Their lack of attention to detail raises concerns about how the heavy equipment is being handled and stored and what damages have occurred since the equipment has been in their possession. As of today, December 31st, 2015 my equipment has still not been delivered. read more

This company incompetence is immeasurable. I had a product shipped from California to my residence, I called ahead of time to be sure of shipping date wasn't told of a collection fee that I would have to pay called a week later still haven't seen my product left a message got no response called 5 days after the initial arriving date only to find out that there is a collection fee that I have to pay and the driver that was supposed to deliver to my house decided to take it back to the hub because he doesn't deal with money... Money I didn't know about.... money the sender (who sends all of his products through Estes) didn't know about. Not one time did somebody tell me that I would need to pay to collect my product even after looking up the pro number. Requested to speak with supervisor left a message haven't received a phone call back as of 10:30 a.m. September 22nd. Package was due to be delivered September 16th. Had I not given them a phone call I would not have received any call to tell me that my package could not be delivered even after calling them 2 times before leaving my information for contact. This is a big company that does a lot of business and they also have a lot of excuses from what I can tell by the reviews. It's just excuse after excuse I again had to call and ask what time I should be expecting my delivery that's when they told me the that they don't have enough trucks to deliver to my location again I had to call them to find this out. They should withdraw the business from the shipping market to avoid giving it a bad name. Their are totally unreliable and incompetent both in person as well as their online tracking. I ordered a bathtub from American Standard via Home Depot's website. I checked the status online and it showed it has arrived on Tuesday in Houston awaiting to be delivered to Home Depot. Now, it's late Thursday and it still hasn't left their Houston premise yet. The worst part is that when I called to speak to an associate (Amanda), not only she couldn't make sure that my bathtub will be delivered tomorrow, but she's also totally uninterested in helping me to check if my bathtub is indeed arrived and waiting to be delivered (I really doubt that it's arrived in Houston). I am doing the renovation for my bathroom and the contractor couldn't continue the work until the bathtub is here! What a nightmare to deal with Estes!!! Avoid it if you can! read more
