The maintenance team repeatedly entered my unit without any notice or permission during my move-out process. They would just show up unannounced to "check" how far along I was with moving, which felt invasive and completely disrespectful of my privacy. Communication is basically nonexistent. It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and the only time they bother reaching out is to reprimand residents over minor issues. I called 10+ times about maintenance going into my unit when I wasn't home during my move out process and received no answer or call back even after speaking to two people in their home office who said they would personally reach out to the manager so she would contact me. The only time she reached out regarding this issue and left me a short, very unhelpful voicemail is when I was in the community standing with the maintenance man because he called her. There was constant issues with dog urine and feces being left in the elevator, parking garage, and other walk ways without being addressed. There were cops at the community almost weekly and sometimes multiple times a week with zero communication regarding if there were any safety issues that residents needed to the concerned about. Additionally, you can hear everything from the units around you. There were several incidents that would wake up me and my son at 5AM or late at night that management did the absolute least to address. On top of that, the rent is extremely overpriced for the level of management and service you actually receive. As a final insult, they kept almost my entire security deposit claiming they had to repaint the entire unit -- even though I left the apartment spotless and with no damage. This feels like a blatant money grab. There are so many more negative things I could add to this post about the community. The only positive is the location, that is it. I have moved to a much nicer apartment where the maintenance and management are amazing to work with and the rent is almost $1000.00 cheaper. The owners of this company and management need to do better and treat residents better. Save yourself the headache and rent ANYWHERE else but here. This place is not worth it.

Back in 2017 I was getting 1GB internet the day I moved in. I have had no issues in the 2 years prior. With the new company quantum fiber, I am still still getting 1GB internet. It runs 850MBS everyday.

As a college student paying for all my expense, I lived here as it was the least expensive student housing close to the university. I had a 28 year old roommate whose cat destroyed our couch and I was almost charged for it until we pressured the owner of the animal to take liability. Keep it mind they tried charging $2,500 for what I would guess is like a $600 couch. Shortly after I moved in, 2 more roommates moved in and were very dirty. During my lease I was constantly throwing moldy food in the fridge out that was left with no regard and being the only one the clean the common area at all. It got so bad there were bugs and maggots in the sink with dishes that weren't washed in months. There was mold spores in my toilet, mold in the shower, water damage across the room, and barely any ventilation. The neighbor across from us smoked weed night and day and was always stinking it up the entire time for my stay (1.5 years). This place is genuinely horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
