Nice atmosphere but issue with cock roaches from the day i moved it. Also thin walls & over priced for what it is.

I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management and maintenance here are…read moresome of the worst I've ever dealt with. The maintenance team repeatedly entered my unit without any notice or permission during my move-out process. They would just show up unannounced to "check" how far along I was with moving, which felt invasive and completely disrespectful of my privacy. Communication is basically nonexistent. It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and the only time they bother reaching out is to reprimand residents over minor issues. I called 10+ times about maintenance going into my unit when I wasn't home during my move out process and received no answer or call back even after speaking to two people in their home office who said they would personally reach out to the manager so she would contact me. The only time she reached out regarding this issue and left me a short, very unhelpful voicemail is when I was in the community standing with the maintenance man because he called her. There was constant issues with dog urine and feces being left in the elevator, parking garage, and other walk ways without being addressed. There were cops at the community almost weekly and sometimes multiple times a week with zero communication regarding if there were any safety issues that residents needed to the concerned about. Additionally, you can hear everything from the units around you. There were several incidents that would wake up me and my son at 5AM or late at night that management did the absolute least to address. On top of that, the rent is extremely overpriced for the level of management and service you actually receive. As a final insult, they kept almost my entire security deposit claiming they had to repaint the entire unit -- even though I left the apartment spotless and with no damage. This feels like a blatant money grab. There are so many more negative things I could add to this post about the community. The only positive is the location, that is it. I have moved to a much nicer apartment where the maintenance and management are amazing to work with and the rent is almost $1000.00 cheaper. The owners of this company and management need to do better and treat residents better. Save yourself the headache and rent ANYWHERE else but here. This place is not worth it.

I would not recommend this community. The price is not reflective of the market or the quality.read more

I just recently spent 4 days looking for apartments out of the state (in Texas), and after seeing…read more25 properties, I had to come back and write about my experience living at Estero Oaks for what will be a year and a half. First of all, if I could pick up and move this place to my new city, I would. My apartment itself is beautiful and spacious with tons of natural light. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been tastefully designed-- all of the appliances are top quality. I love the laminate "wood" floor throughout the kitchen and living area-- which gives the place a very luxurious CLEAN look... and there is plenty of room for storage. The walls, unlike other places-- are not paper thin, and very private. I cannot hear my neighbors-- and I feel very safe here being a single girl with a puppy. Maintenance is the best. They are quick to come to the rescue. Oh. And they are also awesome. My puppy loves to say hello to "her friends" when we cross paths outside-- but I feel totally comfortable and safe having maintenance come over when I am away too. I do not have a balcony, or a view, but my solarium has been useful for work--as I work remotely from home. If I were to upgrade-- I'd definitely want to upgrade to a view of some sort, and a balcony... mostly because my dog would be happier to have something to look at. Can't say it really bothers me. If I want a sunset, all I have to do is step outside and look over the big "lake." The property itself is kept well manicured-- there is always someone cutting the grass. The pool is immaculate and beautiful. It seems to always have sun. They just painted our stairs (again)... so now everything is beautiful and brand new looking (again). Something is always being cleaned, or updated. After touring 25 places in Dallas, I can say... that is definitely not the case on other properties. Not. Even. Close. The management team is great. They are always helpful and friendly. My dog wants to visit them every day on our walks, and I enjoy stopping by and chatting also. Any packages I receive get put in a locker and I receive a text letting me know they've arrived. Which is awesome. My trash gets picked up every evening... which is also awesome. No icky trash chute to deal with. The only downside I can think of having lived here for a while now, is that while it is very safe, and it's own little beautiful oasis... there is nothing to walk to. However-- when I first moved to this area... I can just say-- that's Florida for ya. Unless you're in Downtown Naples... This area of Florida is just not what you'd call a walkable city. You're about 25 min away from the most beautiful beaches... 45 minutes from Marco Island. The pool is so pretty though... and quiet... so if you need a daily dose of sun... walk out your door! 8 minutes from the movie theater, Costco, Target and Gulf Coast Town Center-- which they keep making better every year-- And! Even closer to Estero Oaks now, is University Village-- which has restaurants, Nail Salon, yoga... If you're looking for a quiet little oasis-- I have really loved living in my own luxurious little home. I will miss the space, and how lovely everything is. It's truly cozy, clean and spectacularly kept.

Special shoutout to the Joel and the maintenance staff for always going above and beyond for me! I love living here at Estero Oaks.
