Sigong Gallaher's is a true pedigree in Wing Chun and Jeet Kune Do and the instructors are very nice, patient and more than capable. The programs offered at the Gung Fu Institute are flexible enough so that you aren't paying for classes you don't want. For example, if you don't want to spar, then you don't have to pay for the sparring class, same goes for grappling. Some people just want to get the fitness and self defense from the arts and this place accommodates that. Yoga classes are available to assist in flexibility, breathing, and strength. Kids classes also available so it is fun for the whole family. Definitely worth it the time and money.
