After much research, we chose Nameless Catering for our daughter's wedding on May 7th. They are on…read moreLizton Lodge's recommended vendor list, and I had heard good things from friends. I am so glad we did! Wedding food is often so-so, but our guests gave the Savory Mexican buffet (taco & nacho bar) great reviews! We chose ground beef, chipotle chicken, and grilled BBQ shrimp, along with vegan seasoned black beans. It also included queso, cilantro-lime rice, fajita vegetables, cilantro-lime sour cream, guacamole, flour tortillas, and taco chips, along with other sauces and salsas. This menu was perfect for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, too. We had quite a few leftovers, which we froze for easy summer meals (no leftover shrimp!!). The setup and serving team were great and kept the buffet well stocked. After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice. Though the per-person price seemed a bit high at first (though quite competitive), the quality and quantity of the food and the paper products made the cost worth it. I'd highly recommend Nameless Catering for your next wedding or other event.

We chose to have pasta. I was able to choose pasta and salads that would work best for our diabetic and vegan guests. Many guests commented on how delicious the food was. The caterer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting her and talking to her. I would definitely recommend this company.

Since I am based in Pennsylvania, planning was done through email and phone calls. Their team was responsive to all our questions and great with follow-up! They helped us address any dietary needs our participants had, including finding ingredient lists, providing recommendations to address certain allergies and labeling our special lunches with each participants name. They graciously handled the last-minute changes we threw their way regarding head count and delivery location, and they organized, delivered and helped with set up at our site. While we chose them based upon their previous reviews and because they are a woman owned business, they truly lived up to their reputation! They provided great service and most importantly, fresh and fantastic food! I can't recommend them enough!

As one who orders a lot of box lunches catering for my place of work, I must say that these folks…read moreare extremely easy to work with. I emailed what I wanted and when and where to deliver it. I received an answer almost instantly with a few clarifying questions, paid for my order and waited for the day of the luncheon. They arrived about 10-15 minutes prior to the time requested which worked out great. Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful, driver included. The box lunches were great. We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food. So thank you for reliable and impecable service.

KRC catered our wedding this past Saturday at Deer Park Manor. Ashley and her crew were great to…read morework with. They were very accomodating to our special requests- especially the risotto bar/station that we asked for. It was fabulous & delicious! They were able to work around a few minor issues at DPM where the ceremony and reception took place, and fix setup issues as best they could. I was a little disappointed that we had asked them to box up all of the leftovers, including the fruits & cheeses from the cocktail hour and the meats (chicken and beef) from dinner, but they didn't! Ashley asked me a number of questions throughout the evening, but this never came up. I wish it did, because we would have loved to have had the leftovers (especially after paying for them)! I totally forgot to ask- since I was mainly focused on my new hubby and our guests. The only other thing I was a little disappointed in was the meat preparation. The beef was very dry and not very good. Otherwise, everything else with KRC and their service was great!

When our parents were with us, our contact ( Ashley ) was quite polite and took her time. When we went back for the follow ups, we got the impression we were trespassing on her time. On the day of, our venue failed and put out the wrong tables. KRC then put our wedding cake on a folding table. I was able to cut the bride and groom piece, but when their servers went to cut the rest of the cake, they collapsed the table and our cake wound up on the floor. Ashley was then kind enough to immediately come up and say to my newly minted wife 'This wasn't our fault ... the table leg was faulty'. I wasn't really concerned with blame at that point, so much as 'where do we go from here.' Luckily I guess only part of the cake touched the floor, and they served up the rest. When we got back from the honeymoon, our folks called to get a replacement layer ( since the wife really wanted to try the expensive special flavor she ordered ) and Ashley said they'd whip one up. Never heard from them again. Two weeks after that call, I've decided "the cake is a lie" ( I didn't really care about getting it, just wanted to give them a chance to recover ) and am done with the whole affair.
