The first question was, is this an emergency? It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one. I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes. But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it. Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge. And I am thrilled to have my w/d working. It was so worth it. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

He was able to access it from the back of the wall and fix the leak. He then did a fantastic job patching the wall and matching the paint. I used this duo a few years back and it was OK. I had them come yesterday to remove an area rug…read morethat was under some heavy furniture. I had to call them several times to remind, they stood me up twice and then after they removed the rug that took under 10 minutes, he informed me that he had a $150 minimum. He never once mentioned that before they finally showed up. I refused to pay that, gave him $60 which was still more than they deserved for the work, and ushered them out the door. They are a couple of bums who think they can take advantage of an elderly lady like me.
