My mom passed away in October 2024 and Diana was one of the first people I called. My parents had lived in the same home for over 40 years so there was a lot of history and items to sort through. She was very patient in documenting what the estate liquidation process might look like and ultimately the estate was able to work with her successfully to stage an estate sale. It was an enormous relief to be able to have the house cleared so we could start the process to actually sell the residence - having a vacant home simply sit vacant yet full of stuff is such a drag on both the family and the neighborhood. Diana was clear and communicative with the family and also resilient in spite of some really weird behavior by the HOA self-appointed reps (it can be frustrating for some I guess when Estate Sales are not actually prohibited by the CCRs).
