I booked a 12:30 appointment and when I booked it, I very specifically asked how long the…read moreappointment would be. I was told and hour. When I brought my car in, I was then told it would be an hour to and hour and a half. They told me they would do their best to get it done in the original hour. I led my car there and came back 55 minutes later and my car was still parked in the same spot I had left it. Nothing had been done to it. I asked why and I was told it must have been overlooked. I was then given two options, wait another 45 minutes to an hour or make another appointment. Keep in mind I have now been waiting over an hour. I asked if I was to make another appointment, could I be guaranteed a time. They said no. Even though an appointment is booked and a time allotment give , neither mean anything to anybody working there. Just don't even bother. Poor customer service, poor attitudes and a big waste of time.

The staff is pretty hit or miss though, sometimes you get a friendly local who is happy to help, other times the employees are unable or unwilling to offer any customer service at all. This coupled with the pretty consistently sketchy crowd that seems to loiter outside at all times of the day and night seems to be the main pitfall of this location. Too bad too, its among my favourite of the few locations in the city.

I only wish that more Costco locations offered it. This particular Costco gas station is nice in that there are plenty of pumps and clearly painted lines and arrows on the pavement to keep everyone orderly. There are also several attendents on-site in case you need help.

Roughly five years ago, we moved to our current location, which is on the opposite side of the airport. It takes me longer to get to a gas station these days, should I need to. I like this location. If you have a rental car and are about to head off to the airport, I recommend filling up at this gas station. It's easier and convenient to fill up and head off than using the other station across the street. This station gets busy in the morning, as it is next to the airport valet parking lot. However, I never have an issue finding a pump to fill up my car. Gas prices are still on the high side these days, but it's not as outrageous as it was a month ago. Don't forget to use your Petro Rewards card to earn points towards various purchases, such as bottled water or a gas discount. (222)
