The studio is very popular, so it can get a little bit cramped in the classes when they're at capacity, making it a bit awkward to be able to move freely during your practice. I've only taken a few classes there thus far, but the instructors have all been very knowledgeable and I can see why it's such a popular spot.

We located daybreak in downtown Bedford and they had a great Groupon deal! Surprise surprise! When we arrived I found out the owner and teacher was my high school librarian dawn rivers.. after my first class I was hooked! I'm not someone who is incredibly flexible and have always had issues with my hips and legs. Daybreak has been a savior for me. Every week the classes have been something to look forward too. From the warm environment, wonderful teachers and the bond I've built with the other students, I will be a yogi for life!! It really is a total body workout that has small impact on your joints (bad knees? no problem - you can alter your movement so it doesn't agitate that area), and it is open to ALL age levels (seriously, everyone from high school students to snowbirds come to classes). I love how many different ways there are to get involved in it too - from holiday parties to "bring on the men" classes to pure barre bingo. You come for the workout, and you stay for the community. It really is one big family there, and everyone is always celebrating the other's victories (like becoming a part of the 100 Tuck Club, 250 Tuck Club, etc.). And congrats to Tiffany and Meredith for opening the studio 5+ years ago - it isn't easy to run a small business, and they manage it with ease.
