They were out of my normal flavors, so told the clerk I liked sweet vapes got 2 she said such and such vape is sweet, got it home and the vape said SOUR right on the package. I tried to take it back to exchange it two days later with receipt, she told me I have to contact corporate she has a card to contact corporate however she didn't stop cleaning to get me the card. Also, their customer appreciation events and loyalty cards are better than anybody else's. I've been to them all. They are all good; NTI is just better.
