He is extremely knowledgeable of every product he carries, and is helpful when you are trying to decide what to buy. What I also love is that he will listen to your suggestions, and some of the juice he carries is directly from customer recommendations. Also compared to another shop in town he is always stocked. It's a rare occasion when I go in here and he does not have what I want. And, if for some reason he might be out of what you wanted, there is always a good selection to choose from. Also they keep this shop CLEAN. After they moved into their new building they have done some excellent remodeling, and not once have I gone in and the shop is dirty. It's clear that they take pride in what they do, and I always highly recommend them.

The cigar room/humidor is right in front upon entry. I was in the mood for a new stick I've haven't tried before so I made my way browsing around the room. There is plenty of individual lounge chairs, small tables and several TVs. There was complementary coffee and water available. There was a small group of folks present, good vibes and great conversation. I enjoyed the experience, really cool spot. It's BYOB and food. Carly was very helpful in providing feedback and suggestions. Service was top notch
