It was a pain but not the end of the world, we do have a small fridge in the outside kitchen to keep things cool. Not that you care:P We called Dunlap on our return and got it booked in, they made a point of noting dates of upcoming trips. Soon after leaving it with them I received a text with the name of the tech that would be working on our camper. Communication was through text, although not perfect they instigated it and I had someone to check in with. After hearing all of the nightmares about warranty work at dealers I was worried, I needn't have been. The work was completed in a timely manner and the few other warranty items were also knocked out. So far they have been friendly, after the sale and very proficient. Of you're looking for a new or used camper you could do a lot worse, go talk to Jim and he'll sell you something but more importantly the after sales team are excellent!

Prior to this incident, I had been taking my vehicle to Bridgestone/Firestone. On that day, I leaned the wrong filter had been installed in my vehicle, thus creating the infamous "ocean o' oil" as my then colleagues called it. I told one of my friend's neighbors and they immediately referred me to Larry's. After inspecting, the technician took the time to explain what had happened, and how to prevent the same from happening in the future when I took it in for an oil change. [Read: They were not assumptive they would be keeping my business, but they did...and for the long haul!] Outside of one oil change, from that day forward, no other shop serviced my vehicle. I asked for 0 down and $250. They came back offering a much higher payment and $2200 down! No way. Well, not only did I not need a brake job (for which they could've easily done, or not done and charged me for), they said the brakes all passed inspection and to wait until I see the brake service light come on. As for the pedals being dangerously on the same plane, well, it was due my lackadaisical foot placement that was causing me to sometimes press both when braking, or my clown shoes, but needless to say nothing again needed repairing. The shop also installed a Terrafirma spare tire carrier that turned out to take much longer than their estimate, however, they did not pass along the additional cost to me upon completion, which was done very expertly. So, while I live in the Huntsville, AL area, Ed's British 4x4 has all my business henceforth!!
