I accepted the quote, left multiple voice messages and multiple emails - which with evidence were opened and read because I have professional tracking email software that monitors and provide email reporting, in order to schedule to have the work executed. David lacked the professional courtesy to follow up and follow through on a landscaping assignment he committed to. In short if a business does not honor it's commitments and a business owner does not honor an agreement and/or their word, the business and the business owner cannot be trusted! After the fact I saw other individuals posted reviews on Google and Facebook having the same type of encounter, apparently this a pattern with David - not returning potential customer phone calls when he has committed to a project and not following up with potential customer email inquiries. I was fortunate enough to locate and work with a true professional landscaping company licensed and registered in NJ & PA (SKYVIEW LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE), with a perfect customer rating, has a professional Website and SKYVIEW LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE were consistent with communications, projects are fairly priced, and THE SKYVIEW LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE team were a pure joy to work with. I WAS INITIALLY SUSPICIOUS OF WHY I DID NOT SEE A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WEBSITE FOR LAWN & ORDER LANDSCAPING SERVICES, LLC. OTHER THEN A FACEBOOK ADVERTISEMENT AS MOST PROFESSIONAL/LEGITIMATE BUSINESSES HAVE BOTH, but I only focused on the positive reviews, which should have been my first red flag! Hence the lesson in this review regarding the unprofessionalism and unethical practices of LAWN & ORDER LANDSCAPING SERVICES LLC. and its owner. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, STAY AWAY FROM LAWN & ORDER LANDSCAPING SERVICES, LLC.

After calls to numerous companies in warren county NJ who either didn't want to take on this job or were unsure of how the job would look after completion we branched out to PA. We are so glad we found Atlantic ridge. My wife emailed Atlantic Ridge and expressed our issue. Explaining the different elevations and having numerous companies come out without any rock solid resolutions to completing this job. We wanted both hardscape with landscape we wanted a professional with different ideas and different layouts. Chris came out to the house with his designer. We missed him since we were delayed getting home. Chris didn't mind and came out a 2 nd time. The 2nd time he came out with a blue print completed of all the work which spoke about as well as work which we can be perform all around property. This blue print wasn't on a napkin or some torn off piece of cardboard. This sealed the deal. It was a professional layout which you would see on TLC or from a company from the city... We knew this is the company to hire. We are completing all this work in stages... You get what you pay for..... This 1st stage took about 7 days in the middle of the summer in full sun. Each day we had 5 to 8 workers working a full day. We highly recommend Atlantic ridge.

We had contacted several local landscapers and had a few come to look at our property. All of them were too busy to help us, and some didn't even bother getting back to us or giving us estimates! Angie, their Office Manager, was AMAZING! She took our plight to her crew supervisors and a crew immediately promised to squeeze us in between other projects. They couldn't give us a hard and fast date because of their load and the crazy weather, but they absolutely promised they'd get it done. They sure did! They came 3 days before the wedding, and in one day transformed our shaggy overgrown yard into a gorgeous showplace! I can't say enough about the reliability and commitment of this company! They will be the 1st company I call when we are ready for the patio renovations we plan!

Abandoned Project, No Communication, No Refund…read more In Sept. 2025, we hired this company and paid a deposit for lawn mowing + fertilization for the remaining of 2025 and the 2026 season, aeration and to fill a depression in the backyard and overseed. Michael Ruggiero and his fiancée Danielle came out in the middle of October to perform the aeration and overseeding. They never mowed or filled in the depression in the backyard. We have been trying to contact them since Nov. 2025 by utilizing the e-mail address and phone numbers which they provided to us. To date as of March 2026, they haven't replied to any of the messages which we have left them. We have also sent them a certified letter with no response. There has been no communication from their side. They are holding on to part of our deposit which they haven't done any work for. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unreliability. Also, the fact that they are holding on to our money for services not provided and no refund. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend them for any landscaping work. DD and AMD
