I also have two medium/large dogs, and I was impressed by the way they were able to treat those high traffic areas. If you're a pet owner, you know how it feels to be nervous about your pets making your home stink, and the Pet Odor treatment completely handled that. She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

New Sense was, without a doubt, the clear choice for me. The owner, Franchely, is very professional and responds promptly to all inquiries, even though I asked a lot of questions and took my time making a decision, she didn't waver in her politeness. I sent her a last-minute, Hail Mary message on a Thursday requesting a clean for the upcoming weekend. Without hesitation, she got booked for that Saturday. The team showed up early (but not too early). They were polite, prompt and friendly. They toured the house, asked what made me switch cleaning services (which I truly appreciated), and got started immediately. They set an estimated completion time of 3 hours. I headed out so they could work in peace. 3 hours later, they were finishing up as scheduled. When I returned, I saw that no detail was left unattended. Everything was beautifully clean, and my home smelled divine. It was also a fair price for the quality of the work. I will be using them monthly and can't wait for my next clean.

Rates are competitive; however, I noticed for another company her rates are higher but she does things they do not do. After receiving the service her prices are well worth it. She arrived as planned for the estimate and took time to walk my house with me and inquire about what I needed and what she could do. Yesterday, they did everything she said they would and more. They arrived on time, with a text letting me know they were on the way. Three people including Idalia for a deep cleaning. They were all wearing uniformed company tshirts. They brought their own supplies. Very respectful of my home. Communication was easy throughout the time they were here. For example, I opted for the extra charge to get my fridge cleaned. It sparkled like new and she made sure to let me know about a compartment that could not be pulled out to be cleaned. I appreciated the effort.
