The girls never knew one bit how difficult it was and she just kept so upbeat and fun with the girls Whether it was on zoom or buying laminate flooring for a reinvented recital outside so the girls could still wear their costumes and have an audience. All the events EDA does to keep the girls connected to you, each other and dance are so thoughtful and meaningful. My daughter has always loved to sing and dance but since meeting Ms. Carla and all the other teachers, she now loves it even more and looks so forward to dance days and seeing her dance teacher and Ms. Carla. As our guests arrived, the previous party's guests were departing causing a huge commotion and confusion with our guests both being present crossing paths in the lobby. The table for the presents still had the previous child's name on it, as well as food being left out from the other party. It was a mess. In addition, the air conditioning was broken, so it was unbearably hot. All of my guests were verbally complaining and I was so embarrassed. When I complained about it, the girls behind the counter were unsympathetic, and referred me to call someone named Dawn to express my complaints. So, I called Dawn on the next business day. She made an excuse about the air conditioner and then told me she needed the "check the camera" about the food being left out. She claims they have been doing parties for years and no one has ever complained about the transition between parties. She promised me a call back in a few days. Unfortunately, a week went by without a call back, so I followed up with her by leaving a message. I never heard back from her. Ever. To make matters worse, my daughter begged me to have her party here. So, while I was in the midst of complaining with Dawn about my son's debacle, I booked my daughter's 7th birthday here (I tried everything I could to convince my daughter against it, but she is adorable and I love her, so I caved). Her party was yesterday. The pizza was 30 minutes late. The staff broke the candle that we brought (it was one of the giant number 7 candles). They didn't have enough juice boxes. And the overall experience was poor. I will say there was one positive thing this time, and it was an employee, Sarah. No matter what kept going wrong, Sarah was apologetic and attempted to find a solution. I really appreciated her sympathy and work ethic. The other staff could've cared less. I mean, they were okay with the kids during the party itself, but weren't equipped to handle any issues. Sarah was nice and I thank her for that. However, I WILL NOT ever have a party here again. The customer service at this facility is virtually non-existent, as well as from the upper management since I never received an apology or even a call back. Do NOT have your party here.

Came here on a Sunday for my daughter's classmate's 6th birthday. I'm giving this place 3 stars…read morefor a few reasons: 1st when I walked in there wasn't anyone at the front desk to ask for help. There appeared to be two parties, one finishing up & one which just started. I assumed we were with the party waiting. (I got there @ 1:35p for the 1:30p start time) I asked my daughter if she recognized anyone from class and she said she didn't so we continued waiting until we saw an employee. Finally we see an employee & she explains the party had already started & the kids were inside playing.. 2nd reason for the 3 stars is that parents were not allowed inside the play area with the kids. I wish this rule was posted somewhere because I like to make sure I can watch my daughter at all times. The window only allows limited visibility. For the most part I was able to watch but this being my first time there, I would have preferred to watch for a few minutes before leaving her alone. 3rd reason, once the party was done playing, everyone received pizza & only the children were offered a drink. Not sure if its the responsibility of the parent throwing the party or if Head Over Heels provides the drinks but this was outrageous. I'm watching parents around me eat pizza with no drink to wash it down. I didn't notice a water fountain or a fridge with beverages to purchase. If there was water or a drink to be purchased, no one offered. I hope my review brings awareness to what I noticed as a parent coming here for the first time. What I liked about the place: There was a stool for kids to reach the bathroom sink & the bathroom itself seemed clean. The employees seemed nice & there were chairs available in front of the window to comfortably watch the kids. My daughter, age 6 had a great time at the party.

First impressions are everything! Their website lists the tons of options for classes offered, explains the costs etc. My daughter did a trial class @ reduced cost and wanted to continue. Their is a portal once you're in a class that you can pay monthly, keep track, etc., they also send communication via text and email. My daughter looks forward to classes every week, she does gymnastics. Classes promote team building skills, boost confidence, and overall enhances her development in several areas. I couldn't be more pleased that I enrolled her at ATF, so far so good!

My then fiancé and I wanted to be able to dance well together for our guests (and the video!). When I got there, the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and told me to leave my number and that the instructor would call me. Common and simple enough. A whole week went by and I didn't get a call back. So I called them. The same pleasant young lady answered and apologized for the instructor not getting back to me. She said the instructor had gotten them message and she would tell her again. Another week went by and nothing. I stopped by in person again and saw a different person in the front and explained the situation and how now we were less than 3 months out for the wedding. She approve and said would relay the message to the instructor. Another week went by, nothing. I finally gave up and went to the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Westfield. It was SUPER expensive and we were short on time but they got the job done. I was very disappointed in Across the Floor. At least have the courtesy to call me back and tell me you weren't available or some other lie. Unreal how unprofessional and unresponsive. Do NOT recommend.
