She never followed through with my insurance to get the prescription filled then sent me an enormous bill for something she really didn't treat/fix. I went to a new dermatologist in Concord. They saw me on time, met for 30 minutes, and got my prescription ordered. I should've looked at all the 1-star reviews before I went to Dermcare.

The final straw was when he was leaving for a vacation after my appointment I wished him safe travels well standing next to my mom. He then proceeds to get an inch from a twelve year olds face stating "what did you say to me?" my mom stepped between us and finally believed me about how evil this man is. Please save yourself the mental scaring this man may leave on your loved ones before bringing him here. I truly believe this man needs to be looked into and license revoked.
