From the first call to receive a free estimate through to completion, Maria, Ivan and the Pittsabana team were a pure delight to work with. Their knowledgeable and professional service made the potential headache of major home repairs dissolve. I initially contracted Pitttsabana to remove the ineffective box gutters from my 1900 home that had been poorly repaired in what some might call a 'fix and flip'. I called for the estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend and Ivan showed up first thing Monday morning to take drone imaging of the gutters in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was provided two estimates: one to repair the existing box gutters and another to remove them and install a seamless aluminum gutter system. In the end, I chose the second. However, upon removing the box gutters, Ivan' team gained access to the attic for the first time as I have no internal access and discovered considerable water damage, NO Insulation, and shingles slapped on top of other shingles to hide the actual state of the roof!! (No wonder my gas/electric bills were so high!) Ivan contacted me immediately with images and knowledge of how to go about fixing the roof, and again I was provided with multiple options to choose from. Ivan was willing to come to the house and patiently walk me through my options, explaining the differences between the plans, as much of this was new to me. This allowed me to pick the plan that best fit both my aesthetic and my budget! Ivan's team arrived early every day, worked diligently, and adapted their work schedule to meet the needs of my family (ending earlier than they otherwise would have one day). They thoroughly cleaned the area every day to ensure that my yard was safe for my dogs. AND they went above and beyond, fixing some 'poorly flipped' items they discovered along the way! By the time all was said and done, I have a functioning gutter system, a STUNNING new roof with proper ventilation, properly lined and capped chimneys, and a crew I would consider friends! 20/10!

Always respond promptly with small or large projects (replaced roof on my garage and then later areas on my main house roof-that had been done before i bought it). Quotes very reasonable.

Sam ensured that everything was correctly ordered and communicated well throughout the entire process. The installation crew was AMAZING- hard-working and great attention to detail. Let me start by saying if you have a house that wasn't last updated in the 70s, I give them a 4…read more That was not the case for us, and although attempts were made to correct what has happened, it ultimately shouldn't have gotten this far and should have been done right and I do not think we have a siding that will hold up as long as it says it should for these reasons. Now we'll just have to wait and see. Aesthetically it looks great. Neighbors love the look and right now that is all we have to hold on too and maybe it will last a few years. If fixes need to happen it will be from someone else. The problem started with the sheathing in our house which is brittle and was covered by the original metal siding from the 70's. When that came down we didn't see what was underneath, because it was quickly covered with house wrap. It wasn't until we went to the attic where a bunch of fiberboard was blown out from nails that we could see the issue. In our contract it says if that needs to be replaced we will pay x amount more for that, but they chose to not replace and put our new fiber cement siding over it. I do understand that some people may skip that step but we should have been made aware and given the choice. When the install was said to be done the caulking used was the same on 2 1/2 sides and 1 1/2 was different. They did fix that. Windows were missed multiple times and I had to go around to each one and have them address them after 2 visits. One of the gable vents was leaking so they did have to come back and correct that also. James Hardie did come out at our request initiated by Cousins and says that install is correct for their product and Cousins was there also and they did recommend a few touch ups which I think were done today. Calvin was responsive with these issues, but I think each step especially on the older homes needs closer evaluation to prevent this in the future. Hope ours was someone else's advantage and it gets addressed.

Their website is not currently…read moreworking, but I previously read on it that the business specializes in roofs, gutters, downspouts, fascia repairs, gutter cleaning, chimney caps, and some seasonal services. So far, I have hired this business two times--once in 2022 and once in 2024. In 2022, I noticed that my house had missing roof shingles, a leaking skylight, and dirty gutters. I contacted the owner Tony to request an estimate for his services. A few weeks later, Tony arrived at my house on time to do the work. In under one hour, he reattached my missing shingles, repaired the exposed flashing and nailheads (I am explaining the technical details as best as I can!) around my skylight, sealed the area around my skylight with caulk, and cleaned the debris from my gutters. The total cost was very reasonable. In 2024, I noticed a water stain on the ceiling in an upstairs room in my house, and I wondered if my roof was leaking. I contacted Tony, and he said that he could set an appointment for the very next day! He arrived on time, and he made very courteous conversation. He did a full inspection of the exterior of my roof, which he said was in perfect condition except for some loose flashing around my chimney. He repaired that flashing. The price was very reasonable. He also informed me that I have bees or yellow jackets that are living in a wall, so I will contact an exterminator to solve that problem. I greatly appreciate Tony's prompt, skilled, and friendly service!

He went out of his way to explain everything in detail and provided different options. The work was to replace all of the soffit, facia, downspout and to install leaf guards. There was never any time where we felt pressured. The installation project manager Dustin and the crew lead Dave we're also very professional as well. Dustin called the week prior to give us a preliminary window and also called the night before the work started. He gave us a heads up that they would like to park their work trailer and scrap dumpsters in the driveway. Dustin was here every day and made himself available for any questions that we had. The work crew was very respective of the area where they were working. None of my landscaping were damaged and the site was cleaned up every day before they left. The crew lead Dave made sure that before his crew left on the last day that I walked down their work making sure that there wasn't any issues or problems before they were done and removed their work trailer. All in all we were very satisfied with every aspect of the work performed. I would have them come back again for any new project that we would have. In fact they are doing some work at my son's and daughter in laws home.

Their tagline is " If our name goes on it, WE STAND BEHIND IT, so you can stand in it!" That's a flat out lie.
