Not only that, but his crew also started earlier than they said, showed up when they said and got on the project quickly and professionally. They worked every day, all day, until completion (nearly unheard of in the contracting business). We couldn't be happier with the final product and Eric and his crew were easy to work with. We highly recommend Waters & Wood. They are a full contracting business and we will use them for future projects. Rick and Ellyn R.

We had them repair water damage to our siding, electrical, insulation, complete kitchen remodel, and lots of other repairs/additions. We have other projects planned and they are our number one pick to do them. Love them.

You will not find a contractor more honest, hardworking, talented and detail oriented. Vitaliy, David, and their team were recommended to us because of their attention to detail and project quality. During our eight-month whole-house remodel, they over-demonstrated all of these qualities, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. One anecdote demonstrates why Renco is the only contractor we will use going forward. At the completion of the project, we had a septic backup into our new downstairs (tree roots); as you can imagine, this was a nightmare. Vitaliy and his team responded to our late-night calls for help as if we were family. Late into the evening, Vitaliy and his plumber were at our side to see how they could help identify and deal with the mess. They didn't have to do any of this, but they showed up because they cared about the project and how this completely unrelated damage would impact us and all their beautiful work. We'd be happy to speak with anyone about why Renco is the only contractor that should be hired for your project - large or small.

We've been looking a long time for an honest roofing company after we got burned by the one we…read morehired to put a new roof on our house. Our HVAC guy recommended Ron's Roof Repair and we're extremely glad he did. When Wes first came to our home to look at the job and give us a price estimate, we liked him right away. Very easy manner that put us at ease. It was almost like we enjoyed chatting with him (while he answered our questions) so much it was almost a case of "Oh yeah, you need to look at the roof." Wes not only went up onto the roof, he took photos of everything and gave us an honest appraisal of the work done by the previous roofing company. giving suggestions on how to improve that job along with the new repairs he would do. On the scheduled day of the repair, Wes showed up with two trucks and entire crew. The work was done within a couple of hours and once again, Wes had photos of what he'd done. The proof of the quality of his company's work is that we didn't get a single roof leak during all the heavy rains from the atmospheric rivers that have been flowing over our heads. Not to worry: he guarantees the work over a specified time period. In addition to the roof repair, his guys cleaned the moss off the shingles, cleaned out the rain gutters AND picked up all the roofing nails off the ground. With the previous company, we were finding nails in the front and back yards for months. So yeah, we found our honest, extremely thorough roofing company. The good news for us is that we'll be scheduling another appointment. Our detached garage has moss all over the roof and we're sure the gutters and drains need clearing out too. Which is another cool thing about Wes's company: some roofers will only come out to put on a new roof and nothing else. Wes will gladly come out even when the job's maintenance only like getting rid of the moss or cleaning out rain gutters and drainpipes. Every homeowner needs to find a good roofer. We found ours.

He cut corners and did it as cheap as possible. I also paid him to repair my front gate to prevent my dogs from getting out of the yard. He messed that up also as the gate hangs crooked leaving a gap my dogs can get through. I have photos as evidence and would not recommend his services as he does not keep his word. I will be following up with a complaint filed with the BBB of Washington. I have the texts he sent saying he would correct the failures and make the repairs although he never kept his promises. I have the texts and photos as evidence. It's been over a year now.

We had DBLstructures install a metal gate into an existing chain link fence about a month ago…read more Pros: They gave a really competitive price. Also, while they originally installed a gate of the wrong size (4ft instead of 5) without measuring first, I appreciate that these guys came back to put in a gate of the correct size. That was the biggest issue and it's now fixed. Cons: The installation wasn't very professional. The top bar that was cut to make room for the gate is just kind of hanging, unsupported. It's pressed against the post, but it won't support much weight if someone ever tries to jump the fence. The post they put in was supposed to have cement per the contract, but they never poured any. The gate latch isn't tight--the gate can be pushed open even when latched closed. Hopefully they'll fix these at some point and I can update the review in the future. Overall, I do have a gate, but I wish I had spent more money and gone with a more experienced contractor.

The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Cons: Cleanup left something to be desired and there was a surprising amount of damage done to my yard. Crew took it upon themselves to fill the area around the perimeter of patio (where a trench was formed during form removal) with drainage rock. When asked about it, the crew member stated that he "wanted to try something new" and "didn't want to ask for permission." Huh? They did clean up the rock after I got back in contact with Ryan. Crew told me he would make it look nice, and instead left two gigantic piles of rock in front of my house. Why even bother telling me you'd make it look nice at that point? I will admit it did get a chuckle out of me. It was a mixed bag of an experience for me, but in the end I am happy with the patio and driveway - which is what matters most.

There was a crushed storm drain pipe under the existing portion of driveway that was causing water back up in heavy rains. R & M had to carefully saw cut and pick out the existing concrete, lay in a new 4" pipe, encase and protect the new pipe in the proper rock and then put in new exposed aggregate concrete to match the existing. PERFECTION! You'd never know it was done except that the original concrete is not nearly as good as the new work. This was an exceptional job. Next ... 203 feet of driveway leading up to the house. The existing gravel driveway with all its country charm was not working for us for several reasons. We did the math on putting in a new asphalt drive with it's maintenance needs over 50 years versus a "one and done" concrete install. Concrete won. OMG ... so beautiful. I've had experience with concrete installs in residential and commercial applications. I know what I'm looking at when I see the work done. This was the best work I've ever seen. Last thought to share. FEED YOUR CONTRACTORS. They really appreciate it. It's really easy to put out sandwiches, chips, and beverages. Have it delivered if you need to. It clearly means so much to the crew and a good break with healthy food fuels a good afternoon's work.
