The instructor went at my pace and I found the class to be relaxed, whilst training hard in various drills and techniques I was also pleased to hear that the school has various locations all over the UK, with classes as close as Worthing and Chichester Definately worth a visit if you are interested in starting a martial art, or even if you have studied martial arts previously and want something different
