Because I take my dental health seriously, I told them to proceed with whatever treatment they believed was necessary, but only if they confirmed everything with my insurance first. They assured me it was all covered, so I went ahead with the fillings and crown. After the work was done, I was suddenly told that my insurance didn't cover everything, and I was left with a $1,000 bill. They offered a $150 discount, which felt dismissive. Chị Kim and another female assistant (sorry I did not get her name) were very friendly and professional. I get a lot of anxiety before dental procedures and had a bad experience done by another person. Dr. Tien was very careful and helped ease my fears. He also mentioned that they will be implementing laser technology to target cavities sometime next year so less invasive and definitely gives patients like me peace of mind. The stand alone building itself is easy to locate and there's plenty of parking which is unheard of in North Park! There is also a beautiful mural done on the wall facing the parking lot :) Lastly, there is a grocery store across the street called "North Park Produce" that sells produce, fresh baked flat breads daily, and various prepared Middle Eastern food.
