Our first cut of the season, they cut the grass and most of it ended up in the freshly mulched…read morebeds. They left chucks of grass all along the beds and failed to edge which is part of the service. I called them back and they sent a man to blow the grass from the mulch. So initially the grass was all in the mulch and when they came back to 'fix' their mess, mulch was blown all over the grass. Very disappointed in the service. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.
