I was able to meet the girl that came out the first time & she was friendly & professional. I like that they call me ahead of their visit & send me the pic of my closed gate after leaving. I'm partially disabled & can't walk across the unlevel yard without risk of falling so I rely on the promptness of their weekly visit. Today was the second visit & it went well. I'm pleased that they were able to schedule the visits on the day I wanted. I feel very confident that I made the right choice in choosing Poop 911.

When they came back three days later they were unable to complete my visit and wanted to charge me extra. I told them that I did not feel it was appropriate to charge me extra for something that was not my fault. Their technician chose to leave instead of servicing my yard and that is why there was an "over abundance" of waste. The person I was speaking with told me they had to leave to finish my technician's route because he spent an additional 15 minutes at my house...again this was not my fault. It was clear we were not going to see eye to eye so I cancelled my service with them. It's a shame. I have been a customer for the last 4 or 5 years.

Our gate was broken on the house we moved in to so I told the tech to just call me. My wife works nights, and I had given the tech my number as, my wife would not answer an early morning call, because, she works nights.. Instead of calling me or stopping by the tech did not show up. I had told him the week before that by the next time he provided service the gate would be fixed, so he could have just came in and provided service. When my wife awakened to get ready for her work shift, she looked at her phone and received a nasty reprimanding message. Stating that our services will end for the day in Arlington and if you do not call by 11:30 am we will bill you for three weeks and will not provide services again until you are paid in full. This is bullshit service!!! Just do your damn job, we asked for you to provide service on a weekly basis. How about following simple directions and not harass your client.
