These people charged so much money and did not take care of my parents in the Memory care unit! Before my parents were in this place, they were at home I was watching my parents. I had my mom getting her up to walk, bathing her eating good food the moment she got into this place they never got her up to walk. They blended her food, and every time I would visit her I noticed something was wrong with her! She had dementia and didn't talk, but I knew in my heart and I can feel her. Something was wrong pictures don't lie.! At the end of her two months, she end up catching Covid. It was her first time having it.!! They kept her isolated for 10 days in a bed, not getting up nothing! They told me I was not allowed to see her. This was during Mother's Day for two weeks.! Finally, she became negative and I was able to see her on May 17, 2023, when I walked in my parents room, I immediately started crying, my stepdad was in a diaper with no pants. Halfway off the bed, my mom was laying there so skinny she wasn't barely moving.!! They both had poop! I put my head on my mom's chest. She was breathing so shallow.! I went out and told the nurse they didn't even know they were like this, my parents, how these people work there, and don't know!????? My mom passed away there May 18, 2023. My stepdad followed her May 31, 2023. They were both again and they're less than two months.!! This place is unacceptable and not worth your money or your families love one life !! If it was my choice, they would've never been in this place EVER! Rest in heaven parents you are loved and always will be in my heart!!

My uncle fell with injuries and was hospitalized. I only found out this as he called me when he got discharged from hospital. When I spoke to the manager she could care less and was very nonchalant about my complaint. IF you want to be contacted for any emergencies you will have to place them in assisted living. My name is Manuel Grijalva I was a resident at guardian Care I went in for emergency surgery on…read moreFebruary 20th at Stanford hospital I was a resident at guardian Care and rehab center and the care I received was very poor I couldn't do anything on my own I had no use of my arms hands or legs when I needed help it would take sometimes hours before I would get changed I set in my urine and bowel movements for hours the CNAs are very lazy and would tell me I don't get paid for this at night was even worse two of the CNAs put a pillow over my face and laughed about it I wouldn't recommend sending anyone to this facility they say they'll help you but they do a lot of lying when I was sent out for surgery I had bedsores that had to treated when I got ready to return to the facility they refused to allow me to come back stating they couldn't accommodate my needs any longer I set in the hospital a month trying to find a facility to admit me I wouldn't recommend guardian Care and rehab center to my dog it's definitely not a 5 star facility
