When we questioned this sudden increase, he responded with unprofessional and insulting remarks, demanding we accept the increase. We chose instead to cancel our order. Now, eight months have passed and we are still awaiting a full refund of our initial payment. Inquiry emails are responded to in a likewise insulting and unprofessional manner.
