First of all, they have a huge selection, and the prices are lower than what you will find in big box stores during discounts. The store inside looks just like a regular warehouse - they specialize in floors and it seems that they mean business without jacking up prices for a "nicer" looking store. They will let you take samples home, so you could look at how it looks like in the intended space which was a tremendous thing for us, first time homeowners! They will walk you through everything and give genuine advice, regardless of whether this means you won't buy the more expansive stuff. The employees are courteous, and it seem like the owner, David, treats them well. That in turn shows in their care for the customers. What really amazed me though, is when I told David that the carpet I bought from him past week got stolen, he offered to sell me the same carpet again with no markup! Between 07/22/26 and 08/05/26, I called 9 times attempting to get in touch with the salesman. 2 times I actually heard from him. On the 9th call, I asked for the manager (Chris). I was told he was on the phone and would call. He didn't. I called the corporate office and asked for the owner. I was asked about my issue and they said someone would call me. Surprise !!! Chris called. He said that he had been reviewing our job and felt that they couldn't do it. (Sounds suspiciously like they didn't want to, at this point). He said he had relayed this to the salesman. When asked why this had not bee relayed to me, he had no answer. He further went on to say his people could not work on scaffolding and this was the issue. I am 77 years old and have been on scaffolding within the past 18 months. I have been on a ladder within the last month. Yet this was a problem for his young installers? again, this sounded like a poor excuse not to deal with a customer that had caused him a problem. So, I got no business-like communication from the salesman, his manager, or the corporate office. It would appear the problem starts at the top. Bottom line, find someone else.
