We have done two escape rooms here and have generally had a good time. I did the first, Antidote, with my 11 year old son. The staff helped us a couple of times when we got stuck and we escaped in time. It was a lot of fun. Today, we went back with my husband and 13 year old to do the Batman room. Everyone put different pieces of the puzzles together and we did fairly well until the last room where we got stumped. Despite asking the guide to help us when we got behind, we continually got the same "hint" at the end that wasn't helpful. After we failed to escape, she came in and explained what we were supposed to do, which I think is exactly what we were doing, so either I misunderstood or the game wasn't working properly. It was a bit of a bummer for what was intended for a fun family outing. So, we built character instead, and focused on the first 50-55 minutes which were pretty fun. I share this only to educate that even if you ask for help, you should be aware you might still not escape. I still want to try the Scooby Doo room, but might try the other easier room (or maybe just a different company) first. read more

This place is always a good time! The staff is friendly. The props and set up in the rooms are immersive and fun. The escape games themselves are challenging but not impossible. They're really good about giving hints to keep the game fun. Some of the stuff is starting to look old and worn and some of the locks on the doors and cases are kind of beaten up. We were delayed over 10 minutes from our scheduled start time. Other than those minor things this place is great! read more

My car club @khaoticmuscle decided to do an Escape Room but really wanted to go somewhere that would challenge us. We selected the Batman and Narcos rooms and split our group up into teams. The game master was so nice and respectful to us not wanting but then NEEDING hints. She was very attentive to our game and only dropped hints that would get us over small humps. We were able to beat Batman room but Narcos left half of our group stumped and in their feelings. Both are labeled as hard and very hard. The pricing was per person and they were great on respecting our time window. Batman was a little higher due to licensing but definitely worth the money. I was so happy to save Gotham City. This is a great fun exercise and we're all planning to go back and beat the Narcos room. read more

First time here and it was a great experience. My buddy decided to take me here to get my mind off things and it help a little bit I was still distracted about the things that were bothering me. We booked the Antidote room for a 13-year-olds birthday party. Lily was the best! She made sure the kids were able to solve the puzzles and we got out just in time. We booked the party room for pizza and cake after, and it was perfect. Very well-run location and lots of fun. Loved it. read more

First time doing an escape room and it was great here. It's a little pricey but overall really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did the Budapest Express which is one of the higher difficulty ones. We had one minute left when we finished and wouldn't have been able to without a couple tips from them. Will definitely be going back to try all of the rooms they have. read more

Came here for a friend's birthday celebration. Tim was awesome when I called in to see if they had an available time for us. We were able to get in quickly to complete our escape room in 42 minutes. There are different levels we did antidote which is a beginner level rated 6.5 out of 10 for difficulty. Some of the people in our group it was their first time doing an escape room. I have done some before this one I definitely enjoyed and we will be coming back to try a different room. I do like that you're able to book sessions online along with complete the waiver online as well. However if needed they are able to accommodate Walk-ins if they have the availability. The staff was fantastic if you haven't been you definitely need to check it out. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. First and foremost we had fun. I have no issues taking a loss as long as it's my own volition however the room that we chose, the mechanisms for the puzzles seemed to be malfunctioning like crazy which caused tons of delay. We ended up using all our hints on puzzles that we were already doing what the hint stated however it just wasn't working. At the end we were told it was the oldest room and the RFIDs were older and likely not working well. My advice is to update stuff. It's one thing to have mind bending puzzles to stump your players but when the mechanisms just aren't working that's not cool read more

It was our first time. I have to admit, I was doubtful, not for like SAW reasons. It was funny when the game master said we could always open the door and leave, because if they locked the door it would be considered kidnapping. It was extremely fun!!
