If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an indoor playground for children. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. I interacted with more than four staff members during our visit, and unfortunately, not one of those interactions felt kind, welcoming, or helpful. The way my family and other customers were treated left a terrible impression. The cleanliness was honestly shocking. The playground equipment felt greasy, slimy, and dirty--the kind of feeling you get from touching a subway handrail that thousands of people have touched. It was extremely concerning to see equipment that children are climbing, touching, and playing on in this condition. The bathroom was filthy as well. For a business specifically designed for young children, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. The lack of supervision was another major concern. Some children were running around being extremely rough, rude, and inconsiderate toward younger kids, while staff members were nowhere nearby to intervene. Parents should not have to constantly worry that their child is going to get hurt because the play area isn't being adequately supervised. What really concerned me was seeing multiple different children from different families crying at tables while their parents were holding ice packs. Seeing this happen more than once made me seriously question how safe this environment actually is. And when I tried to address my concerns with management, things somehow became even more frustrating. The manager was essentially unreachable. I asked for the manager's phone number and was told they could not give it to me. I then asked when the manager would be available and even asked for the manager's name, and I was not given that information either. Seriously--what kind of customer-service business makes it this difficult for a customer to reach management? If a parent has a serious concern about cleanliness, supervision, or a child's safety, who exactly are we supposed to speak to? Why is basic management contact information treated as if it is a secret? A business that is confident in the way it operates should have no problem allowing customers to speak with a manager when there is a legitimate complaint. Instead, I was left with the impression that there was no meaningful way to escalate my concerns or have someone in charge take responsibility for addressing them. Honestly, the place felt less like a safe, family-friendly indoor playground and more like a wild jungle--dirty, chaotic, poorly supervised, and stressful. As a parent, you go to a place like this expecting your child to have fun in a clean and reasonably safe environment while you can relax and enjoy watching them. Instead, I spent the entire time feeling worried, frustrated, and stressed. I would not recommend this place to other parents. Until management seriously addresses the cleanliness, staff attitude, supervision, customer service, and overall safety of the facility, I would think twice before bringing your child here. Awful experience. Just awful. There are plenty of places where parents pay for their children to play, and I expect those businesses to provide a clean, properly supervised, and respectful environment. We had such an incredible experience at Kids Empire! We came early in the morning excited for the Easter egg hunt, but our day started off a little stressful when I got a flat tire in the parking lot. What could have completely ruined the day turned into something amazing thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond to help me change my tire and made sure we were taken care of--it truly meant so much. Once inside, the Easter egg hunt was absolutely out of this world! Everything was so well organized, fun, and full of energy. The staff were incredibly engaging with the kids, making sure everyone felt included and excited. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive experience for families. Despite the rough start to our morning, this turned into such a memorable and enjoyable day for us. We are so grateful for the kindness and support we received and will definitely be coming back. We love it here! Let me just say that not only is this place super fun for the kids with multiple attractions, the staff is just as phenomenal! We came here for my twins 3rd birthday and we brought two number 3 balloons with us and one of them got away and went up to the ceiling and they are supposed to just pop these balloons at the end of the night and Angel and Trey refused to pop it and went above and beyond by getting this long pole and getting the balloon down and not only did it happen once it happened TWICE and they did not want to disappoint my three year-old twin girls. They did not give up and this was even right around closing time so for the staff to be this kind and attentive we will surely be returning over and over thank you again Angel and Trey for making my daughter's third birthday super special!! read more

Our experience at Kids Empire for our twins' birthday party exceeded all expectations! Angie provided exceptional service throughout the entire event. What made this celebration truly special was their comprehensive party package - they handled every detail so we could simply relax and enjoy watching our twins have the time of their lives. The combination of delicious cake and pizza, refreshing drinks, and the unforgettable Huggy the dinosaur dance party created the perfect atmosphere. By the end of the celebration, all the kids were happily exhausted from all the fun activities. This was hands-down the most stress-free birthday party we've ever hosted. Eli and Lola were both very kind and helpful. Lola did a wonderful job of making sure kids were safe by correcting kids who were running with a friendly smile. While Eli walked around checking on seated guests with a charming manner. The play area was well maintained and clean, as well as the seating areas. All throughout the play equipment felt strong and sturdier placed and tho I am a larger adult (sz16 and height 5'9) i found the size of the tunnels and climbing areas easy to navigate. Prices are fair and i love that each kid can bring in 2 adults to play with them free of charge as long as you all wear socks. Overall an amazing place for a playdate or family outing. read more

I had a great experience with Madie at Kid's Empire. She was very kind, patient, and professional while helping me. They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything before entering the kids area. I really appreciated how friendly and respectful they were during the interaction. She worked quickly and made the process smooth and easy. Because of her excellent customer service, my experience was very positive and would definitely recommend this location for a kids event/play day. We took the kids to Kids Empire and honestly had a really good experience. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for the kids to do without them getting bored after 10 minutes. The playground setup kept them busy the entire time, and it was nice seeing kids of different ages all able to enjoy themselves. The seating area for parents was decent too, which made it easier to relax while still keeping an eye on everything. Overall, it was a fun atmosphere and definitely a good spot to let the kids burn off energy. We'll definitely be back. read more

Had a birthday party for my son 7ths birthday and it was great! Jade was our host and she really made sure we were well taken care of! Anything I needed or requested, she immediately addressed our needs and was very informative, polite, and professional! This is our second birthday party here and I love walking in and everything is setup for us. The only let down was they ran out of silverware so some guests had to get creative on eating their birthday cake. All in all, I will definitely return in October for my 3rd birthday party read more

I'm giving this place 3 stars because of the management. Every single one of them had a snobby attitude, as if they didn't want to be there. That said, it's a very fun place, and my kids absolutely enjoyed themselves! Our host, Jade, deserves 5 stars all by herself. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and loves working with the kids. This is truly an awesome experience everytime I bring my Grandkids here. My Granddaughter that lives in Little Rock Arkansas came with me today for her first time and didn't want to leave. Harmonie greeted us when we came in today and really made my grandkids feel at Home and made sure they had a great time. I LOVE KIDS EMPIRE! Its a wonderful place to bring my son to play. He enjoys it so much. Its spacious & full of color. They have a giant play jungle with 2 slides for kids, motorcycles, little arcade games and a photo booth. Separately from that is a smaller play area those under 3, which has a mini ball pit its so cute! The staff is wonderful. Ms. Eva in particular is such a wonderful soul. When I do come and see her I know that if any issues arise she can handle them and be as helpful as possible. read more

GREAT place for the little ones!!! My 4 year old and 8 month old grandchildren loved this place! So many activities for the kids. It was clean, secure, and safe for both the big and little kids. The staff was friendly and helpful (thanks Angel) and I thought it was a great deal for the cost, especially since we could play all day and keep cool out of the heat! Angie & Derrick were so helpful. When I couldn't find my card, they provided me with all the helpful information I needed to get it replaced and get us in. my two children love this place and would have been devastated if we couldn't get in. We do the 10 pass card and it is so worth it for them to play in a safe and clean environment.
