The employee was nice enough to go ahead and take us, even though he was fully prepared to have no one to tend to. Hats off to him. I really appreciate that. He also turned out to be a super helpful guide/assistant (I forget what they are called) during our game. He gave us a few extra clues when he saw we were kind of stuck. I'd say he went above and beyond. Now, the facilities themselves were a little run down: worn down papers, and water damaged, fraying laminated clues, black light paint fading and hard to see in the provided lighting. The clues and rooms for sure need a refreshing, or renovation, and are not in the best shape. The staff won me over for sure though. It served to be a great first time escape room experience for me, and a great date event for my girlfriend and I.

He was thorough and able to answer all of my questions during the booking process. When we arrived we were greeted by Casper who set up our party room and got the boys started with their escape room. He was so fun and silly with the boys so he made them excited to get "submerged". Very thorough instructions and very helpful with any questions the parents had. Although the boys did not escape they are very excited to come back soon! I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Gabe kept the energy going, danced, and kept the games engaging. Jayden kept the score. They kept the energy up and Jayden had the right music playing for our group. My turns booked it but said there are various options to the games you could choose. We did the Family Feud style game, Fill in the Blank, corn hole and flip cups. My team was losing until flip cups lol. We came back and won the battle lol! My husband said he enjoyed it and would do it again & that he had more fun than he expected. That's a win in & of itself! lol Please bring cash or have Cash App to tip your host and game tech advisor person; I forgot the title lol. They make your game show battle experience fun! The restrooms were clean. They sell water, soft drinks, some beer, seltzers, and maybe wine and sports drinks. I don't think I saw any food for sell. It's all about the game show battles anyway! Go and have a great time!

This venue is in the perimeter area near target and the forum. There is street and garage parking available for free. There is a separate entrance from the forum. When we arrived we were offered beer and wine. Then the game hosts came and introduced themselves and provided instructions. They divided us into two teams and had us select our nicknames and team name. Then we headed into the game room. We played several different games like wheel of fortune, family feud, and price is right. We had so much fun. After the games we returned into the first room and had food. I definitely recommend for team and friend outings.

As someone who is a big scaredy-cat, I asked my friend to call to see if live actor was scary, and they assured us that it was not scary. I can say that they were true to their word! We had Tanner as our live actor / guide through the experience. He was very immersive and passionate about the role. This was my first time doing a room with a live actor, so I don't have a point of comparison. I personally didn't like the way clues were given, but others may appreciate the banter and silly actions Tanner was doing to lead us in the right direction. I thought the addition of "crisis" moments was a clever way to reward strong players. My main issue with the room was that it was linear. At no point were two groups of people working on something simultaneously. That means that if you have more than three people, some members may be standing around. There was also one puzzle that is solved solely by trial-and-error, which is poor design. For the price, I had higher expectations in production value. The best part of The Grand Zeppelin was the ending, and I do want to commend Tanner for providing us with an immersive experience!

Beat The Bomb - Other Games

    Beat The Bomb

    (62 reviews)

Beat the Bomb is such a fun, interactive experience! I came with my boyfriend and we had no idea…read morewhat to expect - the structure of the game is that you play 4 mini games that last 10 minutes each. The better you do in these mini games, the more time you're awarded to "beat the bomb". After you go through your 4 games, you suit up into the hazmat looking suits, step into a room with all the paint, and you have as much time as you've accrued over your mini games to beat the bomb! If you don't beat the bomb, you'll definitely get splashed with the paint, but if you do beat the bomb, you get the option to get splashed or not (but why would you ever pass on getting splashed???) How I see it, the mini games are split into 2 categories - 2/4 games require more brain and memory, and 2/4 games are more active. They alternate them, thankfully! My only complaint is that the wristband scanners in one of the rooms (the audio/visual room on the left side) felt a little jank. We had to attempt to scan multiple times before it would read. Teams are minimum of 2, maximum of 6, so ideal for a date activity, a small group of friends, or a family! It was so fun to receive our photos and videos back! I'm glad that this is included in the base price, as usually getting any type of photo/video back is an upcharge. Would highly recommend this unique experience

Very fun experience but unfortunately the customer service was left to be desired…read more We showed up 20 minutes early for our reservation as instructed in the intro email, but we ended up waiting 1.75 hours for our spot in addition to the initial 20min. A heads up would have been really good bc we had plans after but had to cancel them. One of the rooms weren't working (our 2nd game) and one of the staff told me we would have to come out of the experience and wait another 30 minutes if we wanted to get it fixed bc there were other groups right behind us. That was a weird response and solution. Then a nice male staff member saw us waiting and said "oh that's silly, I'll hook yall up" and fixed it for us so we could continue. Shout out to him for just doing what was logical but also being nice about it. At the end of the experience, we waited 30m for our video to pop up and never got it. We ended up getting another groups video. The staff said to just email HQ. I emailed them and never heard back. So what should have been a 1hr event turned into a a cumulative 4+ hr event. The concept was great and I'm sure other groups have a great experience, but they were battin pretty low on the day we came through.
