This was our 29th room and the kids 7th and was one of the very best experiences we've had!! We did "The Study" and were super impressed with how well the storyline played out throughout interesting and inventive clues/puzzles/props/riddles and more. There was enough to keep us all engaged and excited throughout, and with a lot of teamwork and a little help, we made it out with time to spare, making us officially 27 and 2!! We really enjoyed talking with Josh, the owner and designer of this awesome experience. Check out Exodus, you won't be sorry!!

I got a great deal for this via Groupon - so definitely check that out before booking. All of the folks that I spoke with on the phone & in person were super helpful! We booked the Full Adventure - 4 hours of zip lining & aerial course thru the treetops! One time thru all the zip lines & aerial course took close to two hours and we had things to ourselves! I was glad to see all of the safety inspections & instruction given. This was done throughout our experience. Three staff members went with us & each made sure that we had fun - but were very safe! The two main zip lines run over 1000 feet and take you across the Georgia/Alabama line and over the Chattahoochee River twice! There's a series of 6 smaller zip lines on the GA side that take you flying thru the trees! This was a most excellent adventure and I look forward to doing it again!

The amount of stink and smell in this place is both astounding and impressive. Every step I took…read morewas like walking into your local gym. This further made me question the cleanliness of this place, though I didn't ask if any of that has been done prior to daily opening or periodic sanitizing at different times of the day, so I don't know. I arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday and it began to fill up pretty soon. I recommend not going on a Saturday and perhaps select a weekday to reduce the amount of stank you may experience after a busy week of boredom for your kids. Add to my experience, a family of obvious locals who blocked the areas where most patrons would walk, and I get the feeling they did it on purpose as a show of force from the 'hood. While there, the lights went out for a section of the building. That is a scheduled and planned light-out due to an hourly attempt to allow the kids to 'party out'.

We have frequented the Family Entertainment Center for many years. My kids have enjoyed playing in…read morethe play center, bowling, and even have had birthday parties there. However, it seems the cleanliness and management have changed drastically in the last year or so. The play place is not as clean or cleaned as it used to be to be. You can see dust, hair, fingerprints, etc. on many surfaces. I remember when they use to be closed for cleaning and now I'm wondering if they even have a designated day for that. The workers are also extremely strict. I get it that there are rules and rules are to be followed, but constantly blowing a whistle or talking over the intercom calling out children is really too much. The saddest thing to me was having a child just above the height requirement on the rules and the worker saying he couldn't play. I have seen adults in there with their small kids. So two of my kids can play, but this child is too tall to play? Get out of here. That was our last time visiting and we won't be going back. Plenty of options in Columbus for kids!

While the cart guys were helpful, I felt as though some improvements could be made such as providing towels - especially when there is rain. A couple of our rounds we had to ask for things (such as towels and getting our clubs cleaned since we were leaving our clubs for the next day). Maybe the process is different from the expectations based on experiences in other states. While the clubhouse is nice enough, the food is pretty mid. We had lunch the first day but decided we would not eat there any of our other 2 rounds. Pro shop personnel were cordial and communication was great. We booked our tee times thru a group service which entitled us to additional discounts on any merch.
