This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already. I'm sure I'll be back soon as this is a great and friendly attentive to FedEx Office and other online printing options.

I was there on 12/31/2024 ; to have them print a return label and place on a pant box to return to Suit Shop in New Jersey . The dark skinned girl at counter could have cared less to assist us ,she was rude and pretty much told us to step away from counter and figure it out. Finally, an elderly gentleman helped us , printed the label ( of course charged us for that) and placed label on box. TheSuit Shop has no idea where this return was, so I went today to this horrible UPS store and asked them what I should do. I was greeted by an elderly man who looked at my receipt and " you should have looked up this package tracking yourself". BTW , the package tracking number receipt was cut short in the printing and there was a number missing !!!!!!! How could I have figured that out myself ? The clerk then told me my return package was in El Paso, Texas . Again , the return should have went to New Jersey !!!!!! BEWARE , do not use this store !!!!! You be better off carrying your package on your back thru the snow ; at least you would know it was done correctly

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. My hubby and I ended up purchasing a large amount of office furniture, most being reasonably priced with a few surprise sale items that weren't advertised until we got to the check out. Kinda odd, but I do love a sale! Also notable is the fact that there's a UPS store inside! Overall, in the future, I'd probably just order online and pick up at that location for better selection.

So today once again, the line for Amazon was about 10 people deep because the iPhone that they used to scan the products is about 100 years old and the Internet that they have in the store is almost nonexistent so of course none of it works well and it takes forever for things to load up! We don't blame the workers for this - we blame Staples Corporate for not managing the store well. So sadly, they will probably lose the store - and have to fire all of the employees all because they did not pony up the money for decent Internet and for a decent iPhone so they could scan things! Something so simple... an iPhone, and better Internet does not cost that much for a company like Staples... they are going to ruin this location because a lot of us are going to start going somewhere else Staples Corporate office should be ashamed
