My car insurance company contracts with them for roadside assistance and…read moreI've already told them they shouldn't as it is a horrible look on the car insurance company. I called for a tow at Noon. The tow didn't show up until 3:45pm. Even though the quoted time was 60-90 minutes. Absolutely insane. I called no less than 30x in those hours and was able to get through to speak to someone TWICE. The other 95% of calls simply go to voicemail, but you can't leave a voicemail. When I was able to get through, the woman just told me the driver keeps saying he's stuck in traffic. Denver has a solid rush hour but it doesn't take 3 hours to get down Peña Blvd. I called back and she said the driver stopped to use the restroom and get a snack at a gas station, she was fed up with him, and the "pressure she was under from me and my car insurance company," so she just took the driver off the job. If I didn't practically beg her to put the driver back on the job, I would have waited for over 3 hours all for this company to cancel the job when the driver was "already on Peña Blvd." When I asked the operator woman if I could just speak to the driver directly, she told me he didn't speak English. I waited until he finally came and...he spoke perfectly fine English. If you want a headache and have unlimited time to waste, work with this place. If not, go literally anywhere else.

However if you need to get any of your personal items in your car expect to get the worst customer service available. They have no posted business hours. Their location doesn't have an office or place to ask questions. Because they don't offer any type of official business hours they suggest you call an hour in advance so they can send someone to hopefully open the gate where your car is stored with nothing more than a chain link fence and a padlock to protect your valuables. Even then they will be later than the hour they suggest. If your insurance contracts with them you're stuck. But if you are looking for a professional towing company, do yourself a favor and skip them. Their reviews list the same issues on a consistent basis.
