Last year I bought a property from the bank, in which Debbie F was the Realtor representing this bank. I am a woman and when I saw her profile I saw her WBEMC and it made me feel more comfortable; however the property purchase did not go well. The main problem here and the existence of this review is, when I contact Debbie about a water leak that I had while purchasing the property, she did not follow the proper procedure costing me thousands of dollars to fix the water damage in the walls. What I was really disappointed at, was the way she handle the 2nd water leak that happened because the bank did not fix properly. I contact her several times and she only gave me the run around from the banks number to the "guy" not a company but and individual who fixed the broken pipe.
