I went back and forth with 2 drywall contractors before finding Handyman Connection. With the first 2 companies (one was an independent contractor, one was a larger company), I couldn't get call backs or commitments. Getting a bid for my job was like pulling teeth and nobody could give me a timeline when the work could be completed. Who has time to play games like that??? I probably could have gotten the work done cheaper, but given the ease of the transaction, the quality of the work, the friendliness of the contracted worker, and the overall service, I am not going to question the cost!!! I will use them again for sure! I have at least 2 more jobs I need to line up!!

This company is a scam! They sent Brandon to our house to replace two faucets. We assumed they sent…read moresomeone that knew how to do this type of job, wrong! The only thing he did was turn the water off and after being at the house for half an hour he decided to go shopping for putty. The manager Jack claimed he needed to cut the pipe under the sink because it had corrosion on it. Wrong!! He left for an hour and tried to come back in and I told him to go away we found someone else. Dodged a bullet!! These guys will lie to you any way they can to make you feel like it's your fault. The worst gaslighting I have ever seen. We got a different plumber out and guess what? The sink was leaking underneath and he said it's because Brandon didn't shut the water off all the way! I mean, imagine if Brandon would have gone any further we would have had chaos. We feel we dodged a bullet in the end and will never use these guys again. They deleted my review on their website. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!
