John was extremely knowledgeable and dove in immediately to assess and diagnose our challenges. He answered all of our questions and brought a great energy with him in addition! He was able to help us troubleshoot the issues we had in getting electricity to our shed, install our Tesla wall charger using an existing outlet pre-wired for the load and capacity, and all without giving us the run around. We are straight forward people and appreciate a straight forward service. We learned a lot from Jon and are so very grateful for his willingness to educate us while helping us out.
