I love my old Naugahyde library chair but a big person sprung the springs and the webbing gave way and well, you know the rest. Dan brought it back to life and made me happy too! Then... I had this crazy thing happen. I saw an old 60's chaise lounge at an estate sale. I had to have it but boy, was it ugly! Now, this thing was ridiculously big and I was almost embarrassed that I gave in to that crazy "gotta have it"15-second urge. I'd never done anything quite like this mostly because I just didn't have the expendable income or the inclination but... I did. Because of its large size, Dan made a special trip to assess it. Now he could have made comments like, "why would anyone want that monstrosity?" or "what was that lady thinking?" but he didn't. He was all about the positive energy vibe. He helped me find just the right material by sending stacks of upholstery sample books home with me. He was patient. He was encouraging. He became my upholstery shrink. When I finally decided on the perfect material, he assured me that it would be right (for me). It was and is. His workmanship is meticulous. He has an eye for detail and his work is beautiful. He saw the fun in this piece of furniture and made me a happy, crazy lady. I love it. But that's not all. I had one more thing to do... to get rid of my sweet Mother's dated decor. Now I love my Mom, but I couldn't abide the turquoise and coral any longer. It screamed the 70's at me and that just wasn't my favorite decade. Too much teenage angst and all that. Anyway, Dan took my great Aunt Lois' chair and turned it once again, into a beautiful chair. He set the print design thoughtfully and added decorative tacks like they did during the chair's heyday. Then... he made an extra deluxe wood box seat for those grand derrieres that need a comfortable place to light. He was lightning quick with his work every time. Oh my... his work is special. We have an off white cream leather couch and it has been a few years now since our purchase. We have tried cleaning and conditioning ourselves but it just seems like there was still a bit of residue lingering. So this year, we figure let's find a pro to help us clean our couch for the holidays. Upon contacting Bryan, he was very friendly and professional over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for a week later and he showed up. Bryan started with the cleaning process and man with the first wipe of the magic stuff he has, totally got rid of a layer of dirt that we just could not remove by ourselves. I also have a pretty large patch of leather that is cracked and the color has peeled off along with a few scuff from the piping on the seating area. Bryan mixed and match the color of the sofa and then sprayed it over the affected area of my couch. He totally re-dye and restored our dingy cream sofa back to life. By the time Bryan left, our beautiful cream leather sofa has been completely restored just like the first day we got it delivered. All of the work performed has a one year warranty so if the color matching is a bit off, Bryan will happily come back to help you fix it to your liking. Best part is, even though Bryan is located out in the Inland Empire area, he will travel to the LA area and all of the work is done at your home so you don't have to worry about pick up and delivery of your leather furniture. The entire process takes under 2 hours and it is totally worth every penny. Although the sofa looks brand new, the color matching was 90% close to the original color but Bryan never seem to be able to get the color spot on matching the original sofa color. First time, the off white cream color was a bit too cool, the second visit to re-do the coloring was alot warmer, in fact very close. But if you have an artist's eye for detail and have experience mixing paint, you will notice it is just a wee bit off and I am talking about less than 10%. Consider the condition of my sofa before, I am more than happy with the result. But I probably would not trust having a collector / vintage piece like an original Mies Van Der Rohe Barcelona being re-color by Bryan. Having said that, Bryan is the man to call probably once every couple of years to help clean and condition your leather sofa to help maintain it's condition. One star off for that. Another star off for not having the proper plastic sheet to cover and protect the surrounding areas. So make sure you are pro active with covering all of your furniture and spaces that needs to be protected from the working chemical and the dye spray gun.

They charged me $35 to install the cover I had purchased and repair the foam cushion which was missing chunks all over. I dropped it off during my lunch break and picked it up after work the same day and they did a very good job! The seat looks great, and I can't even tell where the cushion was damaged. I would definitely use them again.
