Well, we NEVER received a call back from anyone. I called, text, emailed, and not so much as a reply. I went online to find that the house was placed on "Off Market" status in the morning. Nearly 24 hours and MANY calls and texts later, we get a text saying that the home was no longer available! Their lack of communication and UNPROFESIONALISM, is what led me to write this review.

During one of the several visits that was arranged with less than one hour's notice, he and/or the client adjusting lights, and window coverings to such a degree that it looked like completely different rooms. He then brought a contract offer that was accepted. YAY! But that's when things really went wrong. He arranged for inspections, surveys, etc without giving us the sellers any notice or very short notice, and failed to return phone calls from our agent for days at a time. THEN, the buyer backed out the WEEK before closing because they didn't have the down payment needed??? An insufficient down payment amount that was incorrectly calculated by the broker/agent in the first place. Just how does the broker/agent not have all of these very pertinent facts in order before bringing clients to a half million dollar home? AVOID the heartache and find a responsible, respectable and professional realtor for your needs. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

She is dishonest and when I ask her office to fix things, she puts it on the back burner. This last time I complained, I was threatened with a raise in rent and was told they were putting me on a month to month lease. This office doesn't even verify what type of people are moving into the building. She allows pot smokers to move in and allows people to make up their own parking rules causing fire codes to be violated. I get attitude when I call the office and Ruth's sidekick always makes snarky remarks, but doesn't like when I respond back.
