Buying a new home is a mix of highs, lows, waiting then acting fast. We truly appreciate, Jorge…read moreGonzalez, a rock solid realtor who helped us navigate the process! We are cautious of sales personnel and have a low tolerance for anyone who tries to apply pressure or manipulate us. Jorge understood we were looking for a fair deal; a deal where all parties were treated with dignity and respect. It took us several months to find the right home. Jorge thoroughly explained the risks and benefits of every property we looked at and always considered our best interest. The extra time and attention he gave us helped us refine our goals and feel secure about our investment. In addition, Jorge worked cooperatively with our lender, Ms. Jackie Leach, who was familiar with a VA loan. Sellers are often apprehensive or are unwilling to work with a buyer with VA financing because of the extra requirements. If it were not good communication and professionalism amongst the buyer and seller agents, I do not think we would have achieved our dream of getting a home in Montrose! With sincere appreciation, Susan and Forrest Palmer
