One of my eyes had been losing lashes for over a month but the new symptoms made it that I wasn't even able to go to work that day and I needed to get this situation checked and medicated before it got worse than it was. They put me with a nurse practitioner (name unknown but this was on July 6, 2026 at 1pm, so I saw whoever was on duty that day). She did NOT even look at my eye(s)! All she did was casually lean against the table why I sat in one of the regular chairs in the exam room and literally said she DIDN'T KNOW what was wrong with my eyes. I don't know if I got a look on my face, but then she left the room saying she would be right back. She returned less than five minutes later and told me that she looked up my symptoms and I have "allergies" and she was going to prescribe me two different eyedrops for them and told me to take some allergy pills. I knew I did not have allergies and there was no way I was going to put drops in my eyes after she just told me that she "didn't know what was wrong with my eyes." I asked her if it was possible that I could have caught parasitic eye mites (dermodex) and she said she had never heard of eye mites and insisted I just have allergies. That was a wasted $50 copay!! Thankfully, the next day, the ophthalmologist had a cancellation and was able to see me. They examined my eyes very thoroughly and turned out I had an eye infection.

The receptionist called be back up to talk about some pamphlet that offer extra services. Then she told the nurse I was ready and the nurse told me to reschedule I was late. I was Not late unless you measure a 3 minute discrepancy. Just crazy! I will not be back

The problem is that they billed my insurance in a way That caused Blue Cross Blue Shield not to be able to process it correctly. Fast Pace Was not willing to address the issue directly with Blue Cross Blue Shield, thus billing me for the full amount. They may be good if you are paying cash, but they certainly are not good when using insurance. I hope the issue is resolved soon, but I am not all that hopeful.

My only complaint was they sent her prescriptions to the wrong CVS after me telling them to be sure it was sent correctly because she was seen at one in Nashville prior. Therefore, I had to wait at CVS to get transferred. Easy slip up, I guess.

My thoughts about our service today. My wife had an appointment at 1015 this morning, we arrived 15 minutes early. She was ultimately seen around 130pm. First off, the amount of time is ridiculous. I understand there are other clients to see however not only did we have a SCHEDULED appointment, most of her pain began to worsen the longer she sat and verbally let staff know and asked if we could go to a hospital instead. If that staff member knew or did not know when she was seen, why in the world would they think its okay to just say "you're next?" In addition to that the last appointment we had she was NOT seen and was charged, staff SAID, she will have a credit towards the account instead since she paid, rather than reimbursement, with that being said on todays appointment she was prompted for payment even though her deductible was met and she supposedly has this credit on her account to use so why say she owes. As mentioned I understand there are other clients however with scheduled appointments and then losing paperwork, the receptionist being super LATE I do NOT appreciate how the situation was handled. I tried to return and speak in person about this however was turned away. Absolutely awful service and overall terrible experience.
