They would not take an apt without my credit card number in their computer, despite the fact that I was paying with a gift card. Offered to give them that number but they would not make the apt without having my credit card number in hand. So back to the lash lift. Yikes. Never once was glue of any kind put onto my eyelids for a lash lift and tint. The procedure began with the provider placing glue strips/tabs all over my eye lids. She did not use a fan to dry down any of the solutions/serums until my eye started burning. In every other lash lift I've had, a fan is alway used to dry down the liquids. At the end of the apt, a tweezer was used to pry the glue strips off my eyelids. When she plucked my eyelid skin, she stopped trying to get anymore glue off. When I left, there was still glue adhered to my eyelids, they were dry and stiff and I could barely blink comfortably which lead me to scraping it off myself. My eyelids are red, swollen and shredded and my eyelashes are stiff. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a gift card. Regift it. Or just don't get a lash lift. They should take lash lift off the service menu.

I asked her about this and she said don't worry they look fine. Called a few times expressing my concerns about the appearance and that I was having a reaction to the pigment. Doreen was very off putting and said she didn't care about their current appearance that I just needed to wait for follow up appointment. The redness and pain kept getting worse so I went to Dermatologist and was told it appeared to be an allergic reaction to the pigment and not to do any follow up. I told Doreen about this and once again she dismissed my concerns and insisted I do the follow up. Now, 5 months later I still have scarring and pigment "blotches" nowhere near where my brows should be. I will not follow up based upon my Dr. advice and recommend NO ONE let her butcher their face. I am incredibly upset with this business. I just purchased a Groupon for my 10 year wedding…read moreanniversary. I was married on 5/31/2015 so I bought a couples coupon for 5/31/2025 on Groupon. I spent $132.00 for it. I then called to schedule our couples massage and the owner/employee said "You can't use your Groupon for the weekend" and I kindly explained that this is the day of my anniversary. I then even offered to bring in the coupon and pay the remainer (full price) in cash. For a brief moment I thought she agreed to this but I was mistaken. She started throwing out dates in June ... and July .. for me to come in to use the coupon. I then said " I genuinely am just looking to schedule a massage. I don't want any trouble" because I could sense this was spinning and spiraling. She again stated the "coupon is for the weekdays only". I hung up and tried to cancel my Groupon order. I was able to cancel the order, but now I'm stuck with 'Groupon bucks' instead of getting a refund to my card. What an AWFUL 30 minutes. This was so unnecessary and I'm not going to use Groupon again. You know why? These business owners are resentful and angry at customers who buy them. If you don't want to provide the same level of service to a customer buying Groupon, then DONT CONTRACT with them. It's not fair to punish hard working and sincere people looking to save a few bucks.
