I worked with Erin a couple of years ago for my professional headshots, so I decided to work with her again for our holiday cards this year. My little boy throughly enjoyed his photo shoot with Erin. She came out to our neighborhood and met us in the park. The photos came out great and Erin was kind enough to customize our package so we got everything that we needed. I was in desparate need of a professional headshot before a deadline and could not have been more fortunate to have found Erin through a recommendation! I personally dislike having my photograph taken but Erin could not have been more kind, efficient, and professional. I recently hired ES Photography for a recent family reunion and we wanted pictures to cherish. I say unequivocally that it was the worst experience anyone in my family has ever had with not only a photography business but any business in general. In addition to Erin being condescending, arrogant and rude to my family members at the event (which in fact made some of the children at the event cry and I was absolutely stunned when I was informed of this) the pictures were absolutely horrible. The quality of the pictures was way too bright and blurry and many of the images are indiscernible. Any other time I had family and other event pictures taken by other photographers o'er the years they were spot-on and crystal clear. My family and I were so disgusted with Erin as well as the pictured that we will file a complaint with the BBB and seek to take legal action. We tried to reach Erin via the listed contact phone number but it is no longer in service, perhaps due to the fact that many dissatisfied customers like my family and I are seeking restitution and compensation are she wishes to evade them (OR perhaps the phone number is out of service due to another reason, and gee...I wonder what that reason could be). Anyway, please at all costs avoid doing business with ES Photography. Ours was an absolutely miserable experience and due to horrible quality photos we have lost very many memories of what was supposed to be a special day for us. IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS. We can never recapture the fond memories of that day in picture as it has come and gone. If like my family and I you had a truly awful experience with this poor excuse for a photographer please contact your local BBB or Dept. of Consumer Affairs. I would also recommend contacting NY State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman but he is nothing more than a waste of time. Of all of the great photography and other businesses in our great nation I must say that ES Photography is one of the few truly awful ones. read more
