We were hesitant to make such a big decision because we'd never lived outside the Chicago area. My fiancée's parents had a good experience buying a home through Roxanne and recommended we work with her. I'm glad we did! Roxanne took EXCELLENT care of us. She helped us get familiar with the area by sharing her honest opinions about each neighborhood without holding back. She let us work at our own pace. We appreciated all the little things she did to cover our tails as buyers, and made everything super easy and stress free for us. We felt like she really had our back. And now we're proud homeowners thanks to her! Other huge pluses: - She was extremely familiar with Lakeway, the area we purchased. - Her husband is a mortgage broker and got us a very competitive rate. They work great as a team as it's in their best interest to have your closing go smoothly. - Roxanne is connected with trusted contractors/home service professionals in the area. This saved us a ton of time. Clearly, we'd be happy to work with her again and recommend her for anyone searching for homes near Lake Travis/West Austin. If you want an agent who's really on the ball, you can't go wrong with Roxanne Bales.

Absolutely Fantastic Real Estate Agent!!!!…read more Harmony was my real estate agent throughout my second home buying process and I will never use anyone else! If you are in the process of looking for a real estate agent for the Austin area, CALL HER! I am a crazy over thinker and over analyzer (probably the engineer in me) and she was incredibly patient and professional in every way throughout the whole process and it really put me at ease. If you are buying a house in the Austin area, you know how stressful it can be and she listened to exactly everything I wanted and delivered way above and beyond. She really looks out for her clients, actually gets to know them which helps a ton in figuring out homes that really speak to you. She was also incredibly flexible with my work schedule and made herself available day and nights. She is very well connected and her inspection recommendations were spot on. I was also able to get a good amount of credit towards things the seller needed to address through her recommendations. Even in the process of closing she helped me with the leasing process of my previous home and did a phenomenal job in tenant screening. I have the absolute best renters for my previous home!!! She also guided me in making sure that I had all I needed and guided me through the tax appraisal contest this year! It saved me a ton! I will continue to refer all colleagues and friends looking for their next home to Harmony, she is the best!

Not the best time for buying a house with everything going as quickly as they are on the market! Harmony was very attentive to our needs NOT trying to exceed, or upsell, our expectations. For example, she helped us with Homestead exemption on this house for the new year and checking up on our appraisal for the new year. You are missing out if you don't go with Harmony!

Once we made the difficult decision to sell (a new job was taking us far away from Austin), they were patient with us as we slowly organized our schedules and our limited finances together to make some improvements. They methodically walked through the house and the yard, and made a detailed and comprehensive list of suggested repairs and improvements--things that would stand out as positives or negatives to a potential buyer. The tasks appeared appeared daunting and seemed excessive, but they were absolutely right. Eileen made it clear that she would not put the house on the market until it met a certain standard of attractiveness and readiness to sell for its full potential value. Eileen and Celeste coached us along through the six-week process checking in with us via email, phone, and even lending us a power washer. We made nearly all the repairs and improvements possible within our time and budget. Once the house was ready, they took great pictures which highlighted the house's best features, inside and out. The house went on the market on a Friday. In two days, there were over a dozen strong but very different offers. They helped us consider the pros and cons of each one as well as counseling us on whether to wait for more offers or choose among the first group. At the end of it, we felt like we understood everything and made the right choice in choosing a buyer. Afterwards, they kept us fully informed of all of the paperwork and procedures in the closing process. They both met us at closing, at a well-recognized title company which had all of their paperwork readily in order and were very nice folks to boot. Eileen and Celeste and brought some really nice gifts (matching cotton robes!!!) and a bottle of champagne that we thoroughly enjoyed after all of the papers were signed. The Gill Agency really look after their client's best interests, and know the city intimately well. Their backgrounds have prepared them to understand the needs of a variety of current and would-be Austinites and make sure they end up in the right place, whether as a buyer or seller. It has been an unequivocally positive experience working with Eileen Gill and Celeste Quesada at the Gill Agency. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in Austin with enthusiasm.
