What stood out to us was Enviable was already doing work in the neighborhood. They had a very large crew working on a roof with supervisor, Keith, on site. Keith inspected our roof and siding that day and started the ball rolling with our insurance. He met the insurance adjuster at our house. Enviable worked relentlessly with our insurance to get the maximum paid by them. We decided to upgrade the siding, roof, window wrap and gutters. They replaced the water damaged underlayment and flashing caused by builder(1987) negligence that we suspected but couldn't find. Keith, Seth or Joe were on site every work day and after, checking on the work done the day before. Any minor issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Superior service! Keith was present with photos of before, during and after for any questions the inspector might have had. We passed with flying colors!

He had prefaced his visit saying that his company normally charges slightly more than others since he provides quality work. His price was very competitive and was actually the lowest bid we got. for the job itself, DBK did an awesome job, and I was surprised that there were about 6-7 guys working on the job for 3 days. all of the guys were pretty cool, and one even helped me change one of my door locks that was stuck. they fixed all of the nail pops and patched all of the holes in the walls that were there from the previous owner. they even removed a few wall mirrors and patched up behind them. overall I was quite impressed with the work that they did and my home looks really nice now. I would definitely recommend (and have recommended) DBK painting to everyone.

Please take this into consideration, especially if you are installing a natural stone…read more Stephen was nice, but I cannot express how completely unsatisfied I am with his company. Our shower renovation was an absolute disaster. When they installed our marble floor and shower tile, it was visibly not sealed properly, as dark spots were visible on the tile where the water hit. We were told the tile was sealed 5 times and that it was the tile that was just porous. There was also excess grout on the tile that was sealed into the bathroom floor. Stephen also told us it was not necessary to move the shower valve from the bath height to shower height, which looks very weird now that the shower floor was raised 6 inches from where the tub was. 6 weeks later, black mold appeared all along the faces of the bottom row of shower tiles. Stephen came back to reseal it with a different sealer, and afterwards the entire shower had uneven coloring, with permanent dark drippy spots and wiping patterns. A marble specialist concluded that there is a moisture problem stemming from the initial installation of the tile, and there was likely a chemical reaction that occurred between them cleaning off the mold and applying the sealer the second time. His opinion is that it wouldn't be worth trying to salvage the tile. Even if he sanded down and refinished the tile there is no guarantee how far down the damage goes. Once we got the opinion of the marble specialist, Stephen has ignored my calls and emails and refuses to take responsibility for his mistakes. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Definitely the place to go if you want mold in your attic…read more Bought a townhome in 2014 that had the entire complex's roof done by these guys. First of all, they didn't do a tear off, but put plywood on top of the existing roof. There was so much debris left over in the attic, as well. Guess the building went with the lowest bid, so you get what you paid for. At any rate, they closed up all the roof vents with the plywood and installed ridge venting. I suppose this would work if the intake vents at the eaves were big enough to actually suck in the air, but since the roofers installed these tiny circular vents, no air was coming in the vent the attic. As a result, there is mold growing in the attics of all the townhomes. Of the 4 units that have gone for sale, all inspectors found mold. Because of the age of these buildings, the bathrooms were not properly vented out, but vented into the attic. That is why there were vents on the roof, as the bathroom exhausts were pointed toward these openings. Because these roofers closed them up, moisture was trapped and mold resulted. I had another roofer inspect the job this company did, and he informed me that the poor ventilation from the so-call ridge venting is perpetuating the problem. So I contacted the roofers and they claimed to have NO responsibility for the mold or the poor job they did on the roof. He refused to put in roof vents and claimed it wasn't their problem. I have since remediated the mold and have had roof vents put back into MY unit, but the other 7 have not. It's so sad that this company could care less about the health of their customers and would knowingly put people at risk like this. I'm going to look into this matter further and see if legal action can be taken. Update: Their response: Hah. Tgat some of reason whay we never do a second layer of shingles. I cant provide roof warranty for my customers If i didnt remove existing layers
