I know what your thinking, five stars for one of the over saturated parts stores in the Milwaukee…read morearea market and yah I'm surprised also. I have a summer toy that spends most of its life in the garage so it sits for about 7 month with out being driven/rarely started and anyone who does this has to deal with battery issues. Normally this is no big deal because I use a jump box but it died last year and the car was absolutely dead so I needed to get a new battery jump starter this year to get the car going. The price range is $50 to $600 for jump boxes after comparing all the parts stores but I didn't need anything fancy or expensive because it's going to be used a couple times a year in spring time only. Oriellys had a $59.99 unit which would work well for my needs and it was on the shelf and to my surprise I pushed the battery status button, it was 100% charged so I didn't have to wait to charge it up and started my toy right away and drove I off with it in minutes. I stood in line to pay for the thing and a guy says open over here and a second guy says open here with a discount, who do you think I went to. I thought they were just playing around with the customers but the guy actually gave me $6 off and how fuc#%ng cool is that for a first impression because I have never been to this store and I thought it looked dumpy and I didn't know what to expect from them. Way to go Oriellys for my first visit, what I thought was going to be a couple hour ordeal on my only day off was as simple as it could have been so I'm definitely going back when I need something car wise. Jordon was awesome as the face of the business on my visit.

Best advice is to go down the street to advance auto which I found myself. Staff member here didn't seem to care and was very unhelpful.

I needed an emergency battery installation and I still had a warranty from a location down South. I called another location, off Miller Parkway and the person who answered the phone was fairly rude, so I chose this location. I went in with no notice and was immediately helped. The staff was friendly and helpful. A man at the register immediately came outside and tested my battery. He found it did need replacing and identified another issue. We discussed investment level for a new battery and the team started installation right away. They creatively applied sales promotions and credit and got me a battery for roughly 50% off. They even gave me a garage recommendation for the other issue and carried my bag of snow melt out for me. I'd return for sure.

My car had 3 lights turn on the dash so I stopped in for a diagnosis. I was the only one in the…read morestore at the time and felt like I was "bothering" him to come out and do his job. He started by asking if I had any accessories on (i.e. radio, etc) as it would give a different read. And that he couldn't give me anything else except the "check engine light" I said "no accessories and ok i understand, and appreciate your time". He then plugged in the reader and walked back into the store to print the report. Handed me the report, for which I thanked him again... and I was on my way. No friendly customer service interaction and I will not be back to this location unfortunately.

Was hoping they had them in stock and I wouldn't have to order them as the manufacturer said. The employee that welcomed me knew exactly what they were. Not only did they have the exact ones in stock but they gave them to me no charge. That's first class service. I'll be a return customer.

Unfortunately I can no longer say I recommend this store for any of your parts or toy needs. The…read morelast two times I have been here the experience has been extremely lackluster and employees knowledge is extremely poor. Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.
